Amazing pikefish souffle with crayfish sauce and pistachio and chocolate souffle for dessert! The restaurant has a variety of savoury and sweet souffles to choose from. Reservations highly recommended since it's always busy.

What a treat! Le Soufflé was everything we'd hoped. Reservation availability for this limited-seat venue changes; check back if the reservation you want isn't initially available.

In our excitement to try many things, our party of three over ordered, but we enjoyed every bite. A party of two could easily share a couple of soufflés or order an entrée each and share a dessert and be satisfied. The prix fixe menus are another great option to share a few dishes. I'm guessing the ramekins for the full-size soufflés (savory and sweet) are about 15cm and the petit soufflés are about 10cm.

Favorites from our order were the millefeuille, the soufflé bœuf bourguignon, and the soufflé pistache. Our order also included the petit soufflé tomate, the soufflé Henri IV, the soufflé framboise, and the soufflé chocolat. We would order any and all of them again.

The service was impeccable, the food delicious, and the atmosphere a delight. I recommend Le Soufflé wholeheartedly.

Le soufflé was a fun experience! The soufflé selection was amazing and worth it! Instead of getting the three course meal, we each had a main course soufflé and shared a dessert. I’ve never had such fluffy and tasty soufflés. Would recommend to anyone near the Louvre.

Everything about this restaurant was wonderful and a great place to try souffles. There were three of us and we had an assortment of savory and sweet souffles. I especially liked the pistachio soufflé with chocolate syrup. Service excellent.

Fantastic visit. We had some confusion on our original reservation - our party booked our Nice to Paris train tickets for a time that left us just short of being able to make our original reservation. I cancelled, and was hopeful we'd be able to find a cancellation the next day. I texted Valentin the next morning, but no luck at that time. Fortunately, he called me back later in the day to say they did now have a cancellation. He was fantastic - we made the reservation, had a fantastic meal, and felt very appreciated and welcome by the entire staff. You'll be very happy w/ the experince.

We went to Le Souffle for a beautiful lunch in Paris. We highly recommend this restaurant. Every bite was sublime. The Soufflés both savoury and sweet were so light and delcious - heavenly. The french onion soup was one of the best we’ve ever had. The wait staff was professional and friendly. We brought our daughter and our very young grandchild and the waiters were sweet and fun to deal with. We had a reservation and arrived a few minutes before noon. The restaurant was empty. Within 15 minutes it was full to capacity. I would suggest making a reservation for this very special, authentic French experience.

Le Souffle was an amazing last night in Paris experience for us! My husband is a huge souffle fan, so I was thrilled to get a reservation for us. They offer a la carte souffles and other mains, as well as two 'set' menus. We those the all-souffle menu which included the starter (a smaller souffle and fresh cafe salad) and a main. Dessert is a la carte. One can also get a starter souffle and a main such as steak frites, and after seeing the steak frites, we'll be back the next time we're in Paris. The souffles are lighter than air, lighter than any souffle I've had in the world, and I've had a few. And they were delicious. It was a revelation. You MUST have a reservation; they had to turn many people away who did not have one. It is an intimate atmosphere but we were not crowded. Highly recommended.

Soufflé heaven! We had 3, the Roquefort and pear, hazelnut and rum-raisin. All were superb, just the best I've ever eaten. Generous portions too and friendly staff.
