The food was excellent and delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s such a lovely location to sit and enjoy a meal. I would recommend the outdoor seating to really experience the ambience!

The restaurant had an amazing view of the louvre while we sat on the patio. The breakfast served was simple but everything was delicious and paired well. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Paris!

Echt schade , das Essen war unterirdisch und teuer . Der Boden war schmutzig und wurde nicht einmal nach dem letzten Besuch , ob wohl ein auffälliger grosser Weisser Fleck zwischen 2 Tischen war , nicht entfernt . Das Publikum ist durchwachsen , von Touristen , Geschäfsleuten und Familien durchmixt. Die Pavlova war wie auf den Bildern aus dem
Netz , die war echt ok , der Laden ist ausserdem optisch nicht mehr gepflegt . Das Personal dagegen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Sehr traurig und das an einem so schönen Ort . Wer draussen was trinken möchte , dafür ist es ok , ansonsten kann man besser woanders hin in der Nähe gibt es genug

Try to get a seat outside, we had lunch here and enjoyed the scenery and the people watching. We had the cheese burger (very tasty) and the Croque Monsieur (a must try) very enjoyable - do wear a warm jacket

The restaurant did not let us know that we would be placed outside. Heaters are no longer allowed outside in Paris and the weather was 10 degrees C. Outrageous that after making a reservation a restaurant would place you outside in November without heat.

I was able to sit outside for lunch. Had great views of the Lourve. All the waiting staff were friendly and welcoming!! Food was amazing! This was one of my top 2 meal experiences in Paris! Would defiantly come back again!

Arrived and the host said she couldn’t find our reservation, 5 minutes later they ‘found it’ finally sat down outside but it was cold and we asked if we could sit inside the host said she will get a blanket- it never came we went inside of our own accord and we’re treated a lot better inside, however our food did not arrive correctly. Egg was bland, only croissant was nice

Vins excellent, nourriture délicieuse, eclair geant au chocolat bon mais vraiment trop froid dommage… café offert pour la circonstance… merci à notre serveur qui a compris et fait son job ! Top

Excellent restaurant!Location is absolutely magnificent, both outside view and inside interior is great. Staff is really professional, friendly and very helpful! Good quality of products, well-cooked dishes, great wine. Will be back for sure!

The restaurant itself is stunning with phenomenal views when sitting outside. It was my 3rd visit. This time sadly, the scallops were served luke warm. The soup was cold in parts. The waiter forgot one of the drinks.
He asked if we wanted water twice, and twice forgot it.
We gave up in the end.
The inside restaurant was excessively busy so staff were at capacity, meaning sitting outside the service was not really great. It's such a shame as it's a favourite restaurant of mine. They let themselves down this time I'm afraid. The service was a little low grade.
For the cost it was, it wasn't value for money this time.

Did not look the service at all. My waiter came in selling like cigar and didn’t break us extra plates to eat our bread. I asked him to warm up our bread and all he did was take it to the kitchen and brought it back the same way. I’m not sure if they don’t like treating Americans right, but that is how they made us feel. I hope they take this review and help them train some more.

PERSONNEL DÉSAGRÉABLE ET NON PROFESSIONNEL

J’ai fait une réservation pour un petit déjeuner avant d’aller travailler.
Arrivée à l’heure exacte de la réservation .. réceptionniste pas encore arrivée. Avait l’air d’être tombée de son lit et pas du tout disposée.
Serveuse mal polie et hautaine.
Au bout d’une demie heure toujours personne pour prendre notre commande.
Nous avons fini par partir à leur grand soulagement car elles n’avaient visiblement pas du tout envie de travailler !!!
J’ajoute à cela que personne ne portait de masque au sein du personnel que nous avons pu croiser et que le QR code était un faux. BRAVO !
JE DÉCONSEILLE TRÈS TRÈS FORTEMENT !!!!
