The duck was beautifully prepared, but the accompanying jus was a little underwhelming. The amazing hot margarita and to-die-for chocolate torte totally made the meal though. Would recommend going just for the cake.

Très bon service, intérieur magnifique! Les entrées étaient succulentes et la cote de bœuf black Angus était bonne juste trop difficile à mâcher à mon goût ( beaucoup de tendons dans la viande mais après c’est peut être la coupe de la viande qui est comme ça). La sauce poivre super bonne, la moutarde également et les frites miam!!
Cocktails rafraîchissants! 10/10 !!

Waiters are very nice. Atmosphere is pleasant. The meat is cooked perfectly and the octopus and fish is to die for. Prices are worth it to be honest.

Truly outstanding service. The restaurant was packed, but the two servers’ constant hustle and exceptional customer service meant we rarely had to wait long for anything and were checked on at all the right times. Beautiful place and food was great. The hangar stake was cooked solidly medium rare not medium as ordered but was tasty. Appreciated the thoughtful vegetarian main option. The pavlova was outstanding.

Food was great especially i loved a lot the fish carpaccio but i think it’d be perfect if they have more choices of wine.
The restaurant was pretty but kinda small so it felt like too close to the other tables.

Booking confirmed; or is it?

Disappointed is an understatement. Booked for 6 for the occasion of my birthday and upon arrival I was informed that there was no record of my reservation. You can imagine their surprise when I presented the maître d with an email from the restaurant confirming such (see attached). Mistakes happen, that’s understood, but rather than take ownership of their mistake, I was blamed and offered no solution. Saturday night in Paris is not the best time for finding another restaurant willing to take a walk in for six ! We looked for hours and hours (in the rain) for another restaurant.
Poulette definitely lost six customers and given the experience, I won’t shy away from telling people to avoid at all costs!

Allereerst ziet het restaurant er schitterend uit. Het eten is ook goed. Wel zijn de gerechten te duur voor wat je krijgt. 32 euro voor een steak en friet is het gewoon niet waard, hoe goed het vlees ook bereid is. Het restaurant heeft onlangs besloten de prijzen nogmaals met 5 euro te verhogen waardoor het nu niet meer in verhouding is tot met wat er geleverd wordt. Tot slot wordt er bij de betaling via de pin druk uitgeoefend om een fooi achter te laten. Dit is niet chique en past niet in Frankrijk. Laat deze praktijken lekker in de VS! Een fooi hoort vrijwillig en daar dient niet om te worden gevraagd. Wellicht komt het doordat deze plek meer en meer een toeristen plek is geworden.

The restaurant was beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. Good energy, and lovely staff as well. We ordered 2 starters, 3 mains and desert! As well as some super nice cocktails. The only thing that threw us off, was that the meat was cooked in the same pan as the fish and you could taste it on both mains that contained meat. However, everything else was perfect. Big compliment to the staff!

Do not go to this place if you actually want to book a table, because they will give it away and expect you to wait until it becomes available again. My friends and I made a reservation a month in advance, and upon our timely arrival we were informed only 4 out of 8 people could have dinner in that moment. When reminded that we had booked in advance for our table, they kept insisting it was only an extra 10-minute wait when that was simply not the case (more like 40 minutes at least). Additionally, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive, not apologetic at all. I cannot judge in terms of food quality as we decided to go somewhere else, but the menu didn’t look very appealing either. Do not recommend.

We had a great dinner. The octopus dish is one of the best I’ve head in Paris. Very soft, fresh, with a Mediterranean touch. Very pleasant.
The steak is great too, served sliced.

What a gem…super! The enjoyed the food and ambiance so much that we returned the next day to try more dishes. The chef is very talented. The historic wall tiles are stunning.
