Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage à Paris
We were three women with a confirmed reservation who had to wait over an hour for our table, with no real explanation or apology. Once seated, there were long delays between courses and again when we tried to pay.
The worst part, however, was the way we were treated. When we politely explained our concerns, the manager spoke to us in a rude and condescending tone. We have never been addressed like that in a restaurant before — it was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly shocking. Instead of trying to understand or offer a solution, our experience was questioned and belittled.
It’s a shame, because the food was good and the location is lovely. But no setting or menu can make up for being treated with such disrespect. We left feeling frustrated and unwelcome, and would not return.
