Du personnel incompétents et trop nombreux pour un service lamentable

L'arrivée a bien commencé, la serveuse qui a pris notre commande était super gentille (blonde étrangère), le jeune homme qui nous a encaissé adorable aussi. Par contre, une autre serveuse a qui j'ai eu le malheur de demander poliment un peu de cumin m'a littéralement rabrouée... on parle d'un peu d'épice qui existe sur la carte dans un autre plat sinon je n'aurai pas demandé!!! Bref elle devrait changer de métier, le service ce n'est pas pour elle. Elle a réussi à nous gâcher notre petit déjeuner.

Tranne una signora all'ingresso, dimenticate ogni altro tipo di servizio. I camerieri non parlano nessuna lingua utile per un ristorante situato a 700m dal Louvre, e quindi spesso frequentato da turisti. Al mio tentativo di ordinare dell'acqua (in inglese), il cameriere ha solo scosso la testa e alzato le spalle. Ovviamente tentativo fallito anche in spagnolo e italiano. Una ragazza francese accanto a me ha gentilmente ordinato per il mio tavolo, ma abbiamo comunque ricevuto tre piatti errati su tre. L'acqua, che ho provato ad ordinare in 3 lingue diverse, è stata portata insieme al cibo, dopo circa 40 minuti e altre 2 richieste con l'aiuto di google translate... Auguri a chi, non parlando francese, tenterà di mangiare qui, neanche troppo bene poi.

Bonne nourriture, Le personnel est très compétent et agréable.

We had to wait a good 30 minutes before placing our order.
Of course, it was taken wrongly… And I’m not talking about one item but literally 50% of the order.
Cherry on the cake, they made us pay the wrong order which was 3x the amount of our table. Luckily I caught it on time.
In a nutshell, to be avoided unless you’re loaded with patience and indulgence.
