Charly Bun's坐落在Marché-Saint-Honoré广场上，是纽约风格的loft格局：红砖墙、古董店淘来的老式电灯。开业六年来一直保持良好的销售状况。老板名叫Charles-Elie Alliel，他的餐馆以卖面包为主，配上好的土豆和沙拉。老板最注重的就是菜品的质量了。因此他雇佣了一个充满热情和极富创造力的面包师，制作汉堡、圆面包、面包圈。肉类采购自Aubrac，甜点主要有胡萝卜蛋糕、薄饼、面包屑，都是自家方法秘制而成。最值得尝试的菜品有：加利福尼亚汉堡、牛油果汉堡和纽约三明治。周日和节假日的有自助式早午餐，还有一道特餐，以及儿童套餐。老板很擅长招待客人。一层的顾客们和服务生之间只隔了一道木板。如果顾客想要结账，只需轻轻地敲一下木板，服务生会立即将账单拿过来，省去了顾客不少时间。晚餐喝鸡尾酒、坐着吃饭，餐馆已经完全本土化了。露天座位冬天有取暖设备，夏天凉爽舒适。

We came a long way from Austria and we're glad to find this place in Paris, France with its fantastic hospitality and ambience. The food arrived quickly and was very enjoyable. There were even some great vegan options. Wonderful experience!!

Been visiting Paris for the past week and this is by far the best place we’ve eaten at yet! The service was amazing, the best food i’ve eaten here at such a good price! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would come back any time!
