(further down in English) Hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Anbindung mit der Metro und mit dem Bus ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr nette Lokale in unmittebarer Nähe. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unerwartet umfangreiche und sehr gute Frühstück und das sehr freundliche Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage zum Innenhof und wurden mitten in Paris morgens mit Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Der Aufzug war für einen Tag ausgefallen aber das Personal ist sehr gut mit dieser Situation umgegangen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter. ||Excellent value for money. You can reach public transportation (bus and metro) within 3 minutes. Very good restaurants close to the hotel. We would like to emphasize the excellent breakfast and the very friendly staff. Our room was on the 5th floor in the direction to the inner court no noise, birds chirping in the morning which was very cosy. One day the elevator was out of order but the staff managed this situation in a perfect manner. We fully recommend this hotel.

Bon accueil, nous a conseillé pour le taxi et ils ont réservés pour nous. Calme. Chambre confortable, spacieuse, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Dans un quartier avec des commerces et métro à proximité.

Disrespectful attitude at the front desk with excuses about why room not cleaned when I returned. Very poor customer experience. Very disappointing. I feel sorry for the staff who work hard there in the background to make it a decent place to stay that their team is let down like this. No apologies, nothing. Like I was the problem, and how dare I!
