Communication with staff was extremely difficult as no one at the facility spoke proper English, which made even simple requests frustrating. I booked a room with a full bed and a bunk bed. While the full bed was made, the sheets for the bunk bed were left in a bag for us to put on ourselves. After arriving at 1 a.m. from a long flight, this was especially inconvenient. Housekeeping was disruptive and invasive. At around 9 a.m., someone walked into our room without warning and quickly slammed the door shut after realizing someone was still sleeping. Later that same day, around 12 p.m., staff knocked and entered almost immediately without giving me time to respond. I was standing next to the sink, just three or four steps from the door. It felt like there was no regard for privacy. We had to go down and get a do not disturb tag to stop this from happening. No one should be able to enter the room from the outside when it is locked from the inside but that’s not the case. The only positive aspect was the location — fairly close to the metro to get to all of the big landmarks and decent for the price. However, aside from that, there really weren’t any other upsides. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Séjour agréable. Chambre côté cour au calme sauf quand un car d étudiants arrive me soir tard. Pas beaucoup de respect. Petit déjeuner ok
