A historic establishment, it has been around since the days when the slaughterhouses were still operating in La Villette, preserving a rich culinary heritage.
From the moment you step inside, the warm and elegant atmosphere makes you feel at home. The service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, with excellent recommendations on both dishes and wines.
The restaurant’s specialty is, of course, meat. The cuts of beef are of outstanding quality, perfectly aged, and cooked to perfection according to each guest’s preference.
A special mention goes to the entrecôte and tête de veau, both flavorful and generously portioned. As a delightful bonus, the terrine de foie is served “à la discrétion,” meaning you can enjoy as much as you like, making it an absolute treat for paté liver lovers. The side dishes, including homemade fries and seasonal vegetables, complement the meal perfectly.
Dessert lovers won’t be disappointed either—the classics, such as crème brûlée and Britany apple cake, are carefully crafted and delicious.
All in all, this is a fantastic spot for an authentic and satisfying meal, offering excellent value for money in Paris. A restaurant highly recommended for meat lovers!
