Nice cosy hotel for 4 pax just beside the metro. A few supermarkets and eateries around the area too

Myself, my mum and my daughter stayed in the hotel for 2 nights while on a site seeing trip to Paris. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean on first impressions. It was accessible with a lift and stairs. The room was small but that is to be expected, so no complaints there, just something to be aware of when booking. The bedding and towels were clean, however the bathroom had signs of mold on a sign on the wall and in the shower. The mirror had a broken off corner, which looked very sharp to touch. The bottom of the bed was stained… with who knows what. There was a tile pushed back until the shower which needed refitting. The breakfast was fine. The area which the hotel was in did not feel safe. Which was probably something we should have looked into more before booking. When we came back from our day out for our second night the bed linen and towels had all been changed, so it was clear they were making an effort to be clean. But by spending a bit more time on the room it would be 5x’s better.

Esperienza molto deludente, sia con l'hotel che con il servizio di B_0_0_king.com. Avevamo prenotato una stanza per due adulti e una bambina di 7 anni, che ci era stata proposta come adatta alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo pagato l'intero importo, ma solo dopo la prenotazione ci è stato comunicato che la stanza era destinata esclusivamente a due persone (anche se c'era un letto matrimoniale in cui nostra figlia avrebbe potuto tranquillamente dormire, come fa anche a casa). Nonostante ci siamo mossi subito dopo aver scoperto l'errore, non ci è stato rimborsato nemmeno un centesimo. Il servizio clienti dell'hotel è stato poco collaborativo, e quello di Booking.com non è stato da meno. Purtroppo, non utilizzeremo più Booking.com per le nostre ricerche future. Un'esperienza davvero negativa.
