L'hôtel est propre les douches sont propres, tout est refait à neuf et le personnel est très sympathique. Le seul bemol reste l'ascenseur en panne. Que ce soit pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou pour les personnes avec beaucoup de bagages il devrait toujours y avoir un ascenseur de fonctionnel. Heureusement qu'il y avait des clients adorables pour nous aider avec les valises, toutes seules on aurait jamais pu...

O hostel é bem localizado, algumas quadras de estações de metrô, tem uma bela vista para o canal, havendo na parte inferior uma área onde pessoas transitam dia e noite e a polícia faz rondas. A equipe do hostel é atenciosa, uma das funcionárias é brasileira e fala português, o staff majoritariamente de mulheres, também inclui falantes de inglês e francês.
Considerações finais são quartos um pouco abafados e poderiam estar mais limpos e toaletes também, lençóis deveriam ser trocados regularmente, e o fluxo de pessoas entrando e saindo à noite deveria ser menor, na minha opinião.
Feedback positivo pela atenciosidade do staff, café da manhã é buffet, máquinas de bebidas e salgados disponíveis na recepção, e há uma sala de estar com wi-fi free.

Worst ever hostel I’ve lived in, someone kept beating the board and playing music at 2 am while the other one was snoring.

Very bad experience. Beds are in very bad shape. Only 3 showers for more than 100 people per floor. Very noisy. There are people living there for months. Doors don’t close and your belongings are in danger. Receptionist don’t help to solve issues. Don’t recommend it at all.

Это худший хостел из всех, где я была. Ужасные вонючие комнаты, полное отсутствие вентиляции, неудобные кровати. Номера смешанные, а душевые мужские и женские в разных концах коридора. Грязно, занавески у кроватей маленькие и бесполезные. Ни один стандартный замок не подойдет на корзину для хранения вещей, и вам придется покупать его на месте. Персонал отвратительный, все направленные запросы игнорируются. Фу, просто фу. Худший опыт
