Inès à l’accueil est au top et un très bon service d’accueil de sa part franchement rien à dire ❤️????????

I am staying in 511. Practically there is no wifi because the signal is too week. Elevator and male toilet is completely another side of corridor. It feels like 50m. Female toilet is just beside the room. There is nothing to stop things dropping from the upper beds. The stair is difficult to use when lower bed person opening the locker. This might be the worst design I have ever seen.

Very well kept hostel with friendly staff - Agostina at the front desk was more than helpful with the customer service. Overall worth the stay!

I got 600 euros stolen from the money bag I keep under my pillow,
some one pocked me out of sleep because I snored, the room smelled like feet,
the bathrooms where trashed with poop on weekend night, I could never get coffee in the morning because the restaurant is closed every morning for the low quality breakfast buffet they offer.
The staff is the nicest though.
