Extremely good organized, nice staff overall from security to reception to bar. A friendly buzzing place with excellent cleaning all day long, generous breakfast and good deals ( book direct ) nice terrace onto the canal where smoking is allowed, quite rooms on the upper floors, beds with lights and plugs good Wi-Fi : great experience for a dorm. Curious architectural house, who build this?

Hay una chilena en la recepción que es una mal educada, hice el check out y necesito rentar un locker para dejar mis cosas por un rato y quiero pagar con tarjeta y la tipa no me quiere dejar pagar con tarjeta diciéndome que no tiene muchos vouchers, tiene dos filas de vouchers en frente de ella y no me quiso dar uno porque según no tiene muchos, que verdadera estupidez, y encima me lo dice con un tono de burla, de verdad que es lamentable que tengan a una persona con ese perfil en el área de servicio al cliente

I was in this hotel for 4 days. When I came in the room and checked my bed, there were stains everywhere! I could not sleep properly because i kept worrying about the stains. In the evening when it was time to eat the food came, but they barely even thought about the vegeterian people. We always had to wait so long to get our food and some people didnt even get any. First they said they would give us a veggie burger and later they just showed up with a SALAD.
When it comes to the rooms, I dont really think they are safe. For whatever reason we used our key card on our neighbour’s door and the door opened.
This is unacceptable.

Bien placé métro proche, chambres et sanitaire commune assez propre.
Le service laisse à désirer.
L’accueil été froid, pas d’explications concernant les lieux communs, à aucun moment on nous dis que les cadenas ne sont pas fournis. Donc 5€ pour une seule et unique utilisation.
