This is the absolute best gf bakery I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to several all over the world. I took one bite of a croissant and almost cried, it was so good. It was so buttery and flaky and delicious! The pain au chocolat was incredible too. As soon as I was done eating, I had to immediately walk back and buy a few more croissants to take back home. I tried other gf bakeries while I was in Paris, but none of them came close to this place! The owners are super nice and welcoming too!

I just had the most tasty crossaint I have ever tasted. And it is even gluten-free. As e bonus LA MANUFACTURE DU SANS GLUTEN is located in the sweetest littel street, with a nice café next door, where you Can enjoy fresh juice and gluten free cake

Le premier vrai pain au chocolat sans gluten que j’ai pu déguster en 16 ans!! Bravo pour ce feuilletage parfait et un l’authenticité gustative des viennoiseries à la française. Je recommande vivement!

Los mejores croissant y pan de chocolate sin gluten más ricos del mundo, si, así como leen, del mundo, no hay en otra parte unos croissant iguales a estos sin tacc. El señor muy amable, habla un poco de español, precios si, son altos, pero es para probar una vez y no te vas a arrepentir.
