A quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a reflective walk away from the busy streets of Paris. The most beautiful grave is Dalida’s — a truly stunning tribute to the legendary singer. Highly recommended if you enjoy hidden, tranquil spots with a touch of history.

Small, manageable, well maintained , with a beautiful view on parts of Sacré Coeur. Interesting number of celebrities spending the rest of eternity here, mostly artists from the mid 20th century: Anouk Aimée, Marcel Carné, Arthur Honegger, and… Michou!

Au pied de la Basilique du Sacré Cœur,se trouve ce petit cimetière, qui est fort méconnu même des Parisiens, loin du tumulte de la cité.
Ou repose des personnalités qui ont fait l'histoire de Montmatre.
Dernièrement la célébrité : Michou qui a contribué à enrichir la butte par son célèbre restaurant cabaret.
Et j'en oublie d'autres personnes connues (Maurice Utrillo, Marcel Carne....) ou inconnus.
Ceci dans un espace,un peu escarpé calme et bien entretenu.
