Terrible experience, the train broke down halfway through our tour on a busy street bridge, and we then had to climb over a fence and walk back to our starting point at Sacre Coeur with our two small children. We asked for a refund but were told ‘No’ and told to speak with someone at the main office. Utterly inexcusable customer service, leaving your paying clientele literally stranded on the side of the road.
