C’est ma seconde fois et nous avons encore passé une Magnifique soirée ! Tout est bien, le personnel est très sympathique et très convivial. Ce n’est pas l'usine, le service est fait à notre rythme. Le spectacle est féerique ! Bravos aux acrobates .

One of the worst experiences I had so far... the show itself was quite amazing to see and we liked it! Though.. the service was very unpleasant. First, me and a friend were denied due to wearing (man) shorts. It wasn't mentioned on our tickets and wasn't easily shown on the website. We were sent to a shop next door to buy a set of pants for €55 each... and they were familiar with this issue.
After that, our mood was killed and we kindly denied buying drinks at our table. The second time we did the same, they rudely removed the glasses from our table. After a visit to the loo, I was asked for my tickets during the show in a very disturbing way. I asked in French why the employee would like to see it, again... but I was asked again to show me our tickets. With that shiny lamp in my face, I showed them and the employee vanished.

We were very happy with the location of our seats but it was so tight I literly couldn't move...I was hit it the head a few times when those behind me tried to move
