Hôtel Bellevue宾馆距离蒙马特中心的圣心大教堂的缆车只有几步远，地理位置极佳。典型的巴黎宾馆，没有宽敞的大厅，也没有现代化的设备，而是非常古典，甚至有些朴素。房间隔音很好，舒适。

Ich hatte weniger erwartet für ein 3 -Sterne-Hotel in exponierter Lage und war positiv überrascht. Lage ist super, um die Ecke Sacre Coeur (Fuß). Also im Herzen von Montmartre. Auch sehr gute Öffi-Anbindung. Gerade mal 10 Minuten vom Gare de l‘est entfernt. Zimmer sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Matratzen nicht durchgelegen. Du/WC in ordentlichen Zustand. Frühstück in Form eines kleinen Büffets, völlig ausreichend, mehr als erwartet. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

État de la chambre déplorable, toiles d’araignée au plafond, saleté dans le lit et mauvaise odeur.
Accueil absolument monstrueux surtout fuir et ne pas poser les pieds dans cet endroit, aucune considération des clients !!!!!!!!!

Si la chambre et le petit déjeuner étaient corrects, l'accueil et manque de considération de la clientèle des personnels présents est un tel frein qu'il vaut mieux loger ailleurs ! Venue pour un séjour professionnel avec réservation et règlement faits,il m'a été demandé en plus une caution de 100€!

The check-in time of 3PM is strictly enforced, which we were aware of and adhered to. Perhaps because I was traveling with my two teenagers, but we were not asked to provide the E100 deposit I've read of from others.
The location is great, literally less than a minute's walk to Sacre Coeur and there are loads of grocery stores and cafes within a five minute walk. Our room was clean, the building across the street is residential and charming, and the hotel is close to metro stations and bus stops. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the windows open, and we slept well.
If you or a travel partner have mobility issues, the elevator is tiny and the stairs are a bit narrow in places so be aware. I handled our luggage in the elevator while my daughters took the stairs when we arrived, and we used the stairs during our stay. Expect it to feel European, not North American. It's not a negative, but you should know before you book.
The other thing to be aware of is that the hotel is on a busy working street. There were often sounds of bottle recycling and trash pickup in the mornings around 8AM, and there is a kind of supportive dinner kitchen across the street so it was a bit loud between 6PM and 8PM. A room facing in another direction likely would hear less of that, but I loved our street view.
All in all, Hotel Bellevue Montmartre is good value for money in a good location. Bon voyage!
