Soggiornato in questo grazioso hotel per 2 notti. Personale molto molto gentile; inoltre capiscono e parlano italiano. La mia stanza situata al quarto piano servito da ascensore l ho trovata molto comoda e accogliente; pur essendo affacciata sulla strada ho dormito benissimo dato che il rumore del traffico non si è percepito affatto. Nel prezzo prima colazione self-service. Posizione ottima, vicinissima fermata metro, supermercato, farmacia, banca. Consigliato!

We had to book this hotel last minute due to being stuck in Paris as a result of the Eurostar cancellations. I looked at online photos and reviews and was impressed with the hotel so happily booked this. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good location. We got the last available room, number 63 and it was tiny. The bathroom absolutely stank of urine, we reported this to the reception and unfortunately no one was available to clean it so we were provided with a UV cleaning device but it did not help. We bought air freshener and wore masks in the bathroom as the smell was so overwhelming. The bed was clean but the floor left our feet dirty. We did go to get the spare pillows out of the wardrobe and they were covered in hair and stains. I was very disappointed in this hotel as the pictures on their website do not reflect all of the rooms and our experience did not feel like that of a 3 star hotel.

Accueil un peu tristounet et le gros point noir arrive … je réserve un chambre marquée noir sur blanc avec lit queen size , j’arrive dans la chambre et me retrouve face à 3 lits de 90 cote à cote, je vais voir l’accueil pour demander un chambre avec un lit double comme attendu.
Désolé monsieur nous sommes complets , pas possible de changer … quand on fait 1m90 la nuit dans un lit de 90x190 est forcément plus compliqué.
