We had a really nice experience here. The rooms are definitely not huge, but there was enough space for the two of us. We really enjoyed the service and the resting area near the lobby. They recently renovated it and it shows! The room was clean, but for a faint smell of cigarettes. The room was also very pretty, with nice colors and classy decorations.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and conveniently located close to Gare Du Nord. Would recommend up to a 2-3 night stay for a business trip.

You will regret booking this hotel! The neighbourhood is terrible! Rooms are extremely small and toilet/bathrooms are cramped. It's not even one star hotel. I only booked in the name of Best western brand and I regret staying here. I will pay extra and stay at a good location and probably 4 stat or 5 star hotel. The photos on google by hotel are taken at such an angle so that no one will know how bad it is. There is no space in the room even to properly keep luggage. Breakfast area / Front desk is smaller than a room. The lift was so small that not even two people can stand together comfortably.

It is in "18th arrondissement" known to be worst and I did not know before booking. I went by Best western brand name! This is the last time I am booking a Best western brand hotel!

The only good part was that they gave me a room before 2pm. Initially they told me room not ready and latter they gave me the room when I said my wife needs to feed my 1 year old baby. The two stars I gave is to the reception staff although he made a mistake by overcharging by 100 Euros but I pointed and it was rectified.

The rooms are not large, but there is enough space to put all your things. I personally thought that our room (21) did not smell very nice, perhaps due to cleaning. The service is very nice and can also speak English. The location is beautiful and convenient for eating out and shopping. Therefore 5 stars.

Hotel propre et agréable très bien situé dans montmartre et transport en commun proche pour visiter le reste de la ville. Personnel très sympathique et à disposition. Petit déjeuner varie et excellent.

Chambre très petite pour 2 personnes
Salle de bain sans aucune intimité
Toilettes dans un placard
Et en cette période d'inflation d'avoir les chambres avec une température réglée à 28° ce n'est pas top
Nous étions tout un groupe (8chambres) et tout le mobde avait sa chambre à 28. Certains ont dormi fenêtre ouverte, belles économies
