Chambre très petite, pas fonctionnelle. Éclairage insuffisant, douche bas de gamme. Personnel très agréable. Emplacement formidable (20 secondes du Moulin Rouge)

TRES DÉÇU !!!
Réservation faite pour une chambre supérieur avec vue et baignoire.
Une fois sur place, aucunes des deux options dans la chambre : chambre minuscule, pas de baignoire, vue sur rien et les photos ne correspondent pas à la réservation sur booking. Bref, la sensation d'avoir été arnaqué quand on voit le prix de la chambre décrite comme "chambre double supérieure"

Une très belle expérience.
Accueil partagé.
Service bagagerie gratuit. Tout est installé à votre arrivée le soir.
Chambre propre, déco comme attendue.
Environnement très bien. Un poil d’animation le soir mais au vu de l'emplacement qu’on choisi quand on réserve c’est très calme.
Petit dej top ! Du choix. Le rooming service est parfait.
Je le conseille, l’ensemble est top.

Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier très animé où vous trouverez de quoi vous occuper. Spectacles, cinéma, bars et restaurants

Little cute hotel right outside Blanche tube station.
The space overall for the rooms and breakfast rooms is a little bit limited but aligned with the average spaces in Paris. Staff was super friendly and professional and room was clean and tidy.
I have to say the room however was a bit noisy as it is close to the street, so would be great perhaps to invest in some noise insulative windows. A part for this all was great and pleasant.
I have spend here 2 nights ad was OK. Reccomend.

A good hotel right around the corner of the Moulin Rouge. Stairs, elevator and rooms are rather small, but I guess that's normal for Paris. Beds are good and the room is clean. You can get your own coffee and tea at the first floor. Metro is 50 meters away, the surrounding area is great. Good nightlife, safe and during daytime a lot of nice small restaurants, bistros and bakeries.

The few positives about the hotel are the location & the elevator.
The negatives are that the hotel room was small & so was the elevator. But the worst part was that the room wasn't as clean as what I expected a 4 star hotel to be.
My husband got bed bug bites from sleeping on the pillow. I found out after we left so I tried contacting them. They stopped replying back after I mentioned what happened and sent photos of my husband's face and arms.
I know there is a bed bug problem in Paris right now but it was not right that they ignored my emails.

L’hôtel n’a clairement pas les prestations d’un 4 étoiles (petite chambre, toilette dans la SDB, le petit déjeuner n’est pas un buffet). Le ménage est approximatif.

Great staff and excellent location. But I noticed on our second night, which was also our last night that there was what appeared to be a large blood stain on my pillow protector. That made me look at my husband's which was also stained. I would have brought it to the attention of the staff but it was very late and we were very tired so I just put the pillows on the floor. The next morning I got my blouse out of the wardrobe only to discover it had a large, black spider web attached to it. We had already brought the staff's attention to the fact that the button for the towel rail came off and we only had one glass in the bathroom. Both were rectified. But this is a four star hotel and I expect better cleanliness.
