Room service nul 0/10 60€ pour un dîner tiède le saumon était trop cuit et les pâtes sans goût quand je l’ai signalé à la réception on m’a répondu désolé on ne sais rien y faire !!! Pas sérieux pour moi

Bonjour très content de notre sejour ,
une douche aurait été plus pratique qu'une baignoire et l'isolation entre la salle de bains de la chambre voisine est très faible .
Une machine Nespresso dans la chambre serait la bienvenue car la machine dans le hall d'accueil est pas dispo avant 14 h .
une petite table ou étagere dans la salle de bains derrière la porte il y a de la place aurait été pratique .
Le petit déjeuner un peu chère par rapport à la prestation et à la qualité des viennoiseries
Sinon le confort est bien ayant demandé une chambre au calme la chambre voisine sur la cour aurait été préférable ,
Et de préciser quand on souhaite avoir un parking qu'il est pas sur le site comme on le fait supposer malgré mon appel téléphonique

The bed is wonderful! We occupied the room by the reception area. The only recommendation is to put a mirror in the bedroom or in the toilet room. Other than that it’s perfect!

every thing in the hotel was very good and we really enjoyed our stay.
the only small point was the breakfast we have one morning at a cost of 15 Euro each was not good.
there were better breakfasts and for less cost in the many resturantes in the area.
the staff in the Hotel were excellant and very helpfull.

So conveniently-situated in the heart of Montmarte yet tranquil. Very nice and helpful personnel. We were tempted to stay longer!

Although we are really impressed by the atmosphere, cleanliness and location of the hotel, as well as the service by its personnel, we personally think the price per night is rather high.

The hotel has a lovely lobby and small courtyard. It is quite welcoming! The staff has excellent English and are exceptionally helpful. The bathroom in our room could use a thorough cleaning - some mold growing in the shower and the toilet area has a slight odour.

Every part of the Hôtel experience was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and even when we started our day before 6 AM, the coffee was ready! The staff was so helpful and truly helped us have the best experience ever

I spent a wonderful 3 days in Paris with my family. The hotel was in a perfect location, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

The hotel was good with great location and staff. The one thing that really put me off is the how hard the mattress was. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I would not recommend this hotel simply because of the hardness of the mattress. I actually dreaded going to sleep in the hotel and woke up tires every day.
Without this issue I would have scored the hotel 8/10 overall.
