HÔTEL DES ARTS ^{* * *}

Alles sehr stilvoll und wohltuend eingerichtet, eine tolle Mischung vom Zimmer über die Flure bis zum Fitnessraum. Das Team war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Tolle Lage im Montmartre, zentral und doch ruhig. Wir kommen sehr gern einmal wieder.

My husband Rob surprised me with a trip to Paris for my birthday this year! I'm into the arts so he wanted to book our hotel in the art district of Montmartre. We couldn't have been happier with his choice! Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by their manager Alessandra. As we had arrived before check-in, she offered us a freshly made expresso. We were impressed to hear her answer calls in three languages - French, Italian and English! She proceeded to check us in early and explained that our luggage would be in our room upon our arrival. Our room was nicely decorated, was spotless and had both bottled water and a coffee maker! We rested for an hour before starting to explore this beautiful city! We were happy to discover Hotel des Arts is within a walkable distance to Sacre Coeur Basilica, Renoir's House/Museum, The Wall of Love, Moulin Rouge and the Metro! Throughout the area we ate our delicious meals at sidewalk cafés and enjoyed a drink at night amongst the Parisiennes. While we were there, we had a problem with our credit card and weren't able to get a hold of the credit card company. Alessandra patiently called various numbers until we were able to resolve the issue. Then shortly before our scheduled visit to the Louvre and despite having prepaid 3 weeks in advance for our tickets, the ticket provider informed us that our tickets were no longer available. Another night manager - Christophe graciously helped us to get tickets for another day and actually saved us over $120 in the process! A piece of advice for you all - book all your tickets directly from the site! On the day of my birthday, we arrived back at our room that night only to discover they had decorated it with a Happy Birthday banner and had laid gifts on our bed for me! The staff at Hotel des Arts cared about every detail of our stay and we are forever grateful to them all. We hope to return one day, and they can be assured that we will always recommend them to our friends and family! Merci beaucoup!

Krijg je geen spijt van bij het boeken van dit hotel. Zeer goed verzorgde kamers.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Geen vraag is teveel.
Hotel ligt niet ver van de Sacré-Coeur, gezellige restaurantjes en een fantastisch uitzicht over Parijs.
Zeker een aanrader.

Fantastic Hotel in Montmartre, the staff were lovely and the rooms were tres bien!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel des Artes! Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, and we had a nice view towards the Eiffel Tower from our window. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, the gave us some recommendations for which local cafes we should try, and they also made dinner reservations for us one night. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast a couple of times during our five night stay, the food was delicious and well prepared. We had a very good experience and would be happy to stay there again.
