Really enjoyed staying here. Great value for price, however, like everywhere in Paris, the room (super clean, well equipped) was quite small (despite being flagged as ‚larger room‘). If this is no obstacle for you, this hotel is the perfect pick!

Boutique hôtel rétro super design et dans la mythique rue des Abbesses où on se sent très bien. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande ????

Très bon accueil, chambre un peu petite, mais agréable, très bien placé, en plein coeur de Montmartre, à proximité de la ligne 2 et 12. Le rapport qualité/prix est parfait. Je reviendrai évidemment !

Biggest thing for us was that money ($4,500 USD) was stolen from our luggage.
We could notice that all of our luggage was thoroughly searched by someone when we left our room for the day. We just happened to be carrying a lot of cash inside the inner pockect of our luggage for a relevatives funeral and over $4,500 USD was stolen. The biggest takeaway was from staff.
1. They said there were no cameras and we should have given it to the front desk.
2. They said they couldn't help there "simply wasn't any evidence"
3. They refunded us 2 nights as a gesture which was better than nothing.
Not bad value for money if you forgo the sticky fingers. Apparently the french police say its not a good neighborhood for crime like this? You live and let learn though ????. c'est la vie

Hyggelig, lite hotell sentralt på Montmartre. De har det du trenger for et Parisbesøk hvis formålet med turen er å se byen. God frokost, veldig hyggelig personale, god seng. Jeg hadde bestilt et lite enkeltrom, og det fikk jeg. Det kunne med fordel vært plass til en god stol. Alt i alt er jeg storfornøyd og vet at jeg nok kommer igjen om ikke så altfor lenge! En uke i Paris er så alt for lite.

Excellent petit hôtel idéalement situé. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables pour 2/3 nuits. Literie très bonne et moelleuse. Pet friendly. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Quelques points faibles mais bon rapport qualité-prix en novembre. ( courant d’air à travers la porte, bourdonnement dans la salle de bain). Vue sur les toits de Paris.

I had a wonderful time in Hotel Basss! It was near the metro and so much restaurants to eat and drink from! I felt really safe at this hotel and the staff were excellent! Most especially Hayat. My room was just perfect for me (i’m Filipino w 2 huge suitcases) i had the large room. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was perfect. The housekeeping was also spot on. I would stay here again and I will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Okay hotel.
Positives - very good location in Montmartre. Abbesse metro 3 minute walk away. Lovely restaurants and bars on the same street as the hotel. 3 minute walk to Moulin Rouge. Comfy beds. Clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Negatives - there was a horrible smell in the reception area of sewers or toilets. Bedroom was basic. We found a mouse trap under the bed. Key cards didn't work four times in our five day stay. Lift wasn't working on our last day. Breakfast was very basic. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.
