I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this hostel! Every morning, the croissants were delicious. While the elevator was tiny, it was enough to fit me and my bags and I didn’t have to walk six flights of stairs to get to my room (that happened to me before in other hostels). The location is great, Montmartre became one of my favorite places in Paris. I think the highlight of my stay was Valerie, who works at the front desk. We’ve had some great conversations and, when I had issues reserving a seat at a train through Eurail, before i could even get my laptop she called them and was able to get me an even better price for the reservation. On top of it, to make the process faster, she even used her own credit card to pay for it (and I paid her back right away, but her actions made the whole situation much less stressful). She befriended both myself and my mom and gave me a ton of tips about Paris and traveling through Europe in general.
I can’t forget to mention Njut, the adorable cat who “runs” the place. When i first came across her, i obviously spent some time giving her cuddles. After that, every time she saw me she’d loudly meow at me asking for love. Every time someone new showed up to check-in, Njut would come by the reception to introduce herself. Not only is this place family friendly (I traveled with my mom and saw many families there together, even in dorms), but it’s incredibly welcoming. Njut is obviously partly responsible for that atmosphere.

Sehr charmantes kleines Hostel, ideale Lage in einer kleinen Nebengasse direkt im charmanten Monmartre Quartier. Kleines, sauberes Zimmer. Einfaches Frühstück mit Baguette, Croissant mit Butter + Marmelade dazu Kaffee oder Tee. Top Lage mit vielen gemütlichen Restaurants und Cafés, Metro Station nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent friendly staff and clean facilities. Compact, efficient and highly effective. 24 hour section and facilities for waiting in breakfasting outside the dormitory rooms. Bedrooms are well appointed and maintained very effectively.

My partner and I had a great stay at Plug Inn Hostel! From fresh croissants every morning to its charming location, this hostel is a gem in Montmartre! ???? The staff is also very friendly! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Plug Inn Hostel for a great time in Paris!
