Auf Empfehlung reserviert und endlich besucht! Hervorragendes Essen, freundlicher Service und eine tolle, familiäre Atmosphäre. Es ist nicht günstig, sber aber alleweil das Geld wert. Hervorragend! Gerne wieder.

Seb’on is a chef’s restaurant—small, but the experience is outstanding. The menu offers only a few dishes, but that’s all you need. Every dish we tried was excellent: carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was great, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Great restaurant, we went following a recommendation and it surpassed our expectations. The service was fantastic, the wine was great and the food was simply superb.

Attended this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. Tucked away and somewhat obscured, this elegant restaurant offered a charming, authentic and rustic experience.
We were the first ones to arrive and were quite surprised that our server, was also the chef and owner, which is very common in France. As the time went on, the restaurant became fully booked, with no space available.
The food itself was incredible. A seasonal menu highlighting the best produce available. We opted for the Pork and Cod - both dishes were delicious and visually stunning. The wine was great. The chocolate and fig dessert was delicious and great way to end the dining experience.

Meraviglioso! Una piccola perla! Locale piccolino e intimo, cucina eccellente, quartiere molto bello! Ho speso uguale mangiando in un ristorante turistico cibo pessimo....quindi.... Qualità/prezzo ottima! Davvero una bella esperienza super consigliata!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, haben wirklich gut gegessen - das Dessert war herausragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es ist kein billiges Restaurant aber das Essen ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert.

I’m not one to write a review. Truthfully, this is the first review I am leaving for a restaurant, yet four days later my sister and I are still raving about our fabulous experience. This restaurant is an absolute gem and is not a spot to miss during your trip to Paris. The ambiance, food, service and experience were of the highest calibre and we can’t wait to go back to Paris to visit again. Thank you !

Always a must visit when we are in Paris.
We went both nights we stayed in March never disappoints.
Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food/ingredients

*Seb’on* - excellent at reasonable prices
1. Entree=appetizer - 1) shimp, red beets & ricotta; 2) Veal tartare! Both amazing ????????????
2. Plats=main - 1) cod fish, very fresh 2) pasta with raw sea bream!
3. Unfortunately we had no room for desserts
4. Food 5/5! Services good but slower than other French restaurants 4/5! Atmosphere - small and cozy, but the old rustic mirror does not match 4/5!

Petit restaurant intimiste de "cuisine du marché" d'excellente qualité. Les choix sont limités et les plats recherchés, on se régale de l'entrée au dessert. Prix raisonnable pour la qualité, je recommande!

In de Montmartre, heerlijk klein restaurant waar subliem eten wordt geserveerd. Kleine kaart met waanzinnige gerechten. Samen hebben we enorm genoten van 3 gangen culinaire magie tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs. Ga hier heen en geniet! Complimenten voor het kleine team en vooral aan de chef!!

La collection des plats change souvent. Avis aux fins gourmets et tous les curieux d’une expérience culinaire.
Le descriptif des mets ne correspond pas à la réalité. La proposition est bien au-delà.
Malheureusement, nos sens n’ont pas laissé de temps au téléphone pour une photo.

Nous sommes tombés sur Seb'on par hasard, mais nous en sommes très heureux ! L'atmosphère y est agréable et la carte excellente, qui change apparemment continuellement. Nous avons pris trois plats, la nourriture était extrêmement savoureuse, sans prétention, de la haute cuisine, et nous avons aussi bu du bon vin. Le propriétaire/gérant était également très arrangeant. Cela vaut vraiment la peine de s'y rendre !

C'est notre restaurant préféré à Paris. Cuisine fantastique, service très sympathique et très charmant car il n'y a qu'une poignée de tables.
