We were in Paris for 10 days and Le Poulbot was hands down our favorite meal the entire stay. The food was second to none, and while the inside was small and tight, the atmosphere was very warm and the service friendly. We had the escargot, rillettes, and ceviche for appetizers, and the duck confit, salad Poulbot, eggplant, and beef bourguignon for main dishes. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for next-level food in Paris.

This is located in Monmartre adjacent to the Sacre-Coeur in Paris and it is a gem of a restaurant located in an ancient part of the City packed with tourists and with plenty of restaurants that will charge heavily for poor service and mediocre food. Le Poulbot offers pretty decor, attentive staff, and a focused menu that is perfect for its audience and is perfectly delivered. Traditional cuisine featuring good bread, charcuterie, onion soup, and other traditional French fare. The wines are also reasonably priced and matched perfectly with the menu. Highly recommend.

Tout petit restaurant mais où la cuisine y est très bonne et mes serveurs agréables. On est loin des clichés de certains restaurants de Montmartre.
