Rudeness personified.. only american express or cash today as their bank connection is not working...which is off course the stupid CUSTOMERS fault ..the gentleman in front of me had already prchased at 10.40, the girl treated him like an idiot asking if he was sure he was in this shop!!! when he said yes she continued to prove him wrong checking the time your system went down....I had asked politely to get into a fridge to get products i wanted the girl who I had originally stood waiting to finish , didn't move an inch ...just phhh because I wished to buy products ....the customer is ALWAYS wrong, even the back up "manager" was rude...disappointing as I have already recommended this shop to so many....and please stop immediately swapping to pigeon english it confuses and as well as your conference customers you have many in the arrondissement who are daily visitors...customer service is nil...bar one girl who I have lovely french chat with !!

Hors de prix. On doit se faire peser les fruits au rayon mais ils sont repesés en caisse ! Et pas au même prix !! Avec un magasin d’un tel standing je m’attends à faire confiance à l’affichage des prix.. mais non.
