Small buffet line but presented nicely with loaded oysters, crab craws, prawns, roasted leg of lamb, pan fried fish fillets, and more French delicacies. At the end room, there was a large selection of desserts and Easter ???? chocolate. Oysters were too skinny without taste, perhaps not in season ???? Crab and prawns were fresh and sweet ???? Lamb was really tender and tasty. Scalloped potatoes were buttery and smooth. Even the vegetables were cooked to perfection. Fresh orange juice and premium coffee along with the delicious desserts were not to miss. Services were excellent that kept up to Hyatt standards! Most impressive was definitely the view of Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and the beautiful Paris city! Cost is €69 per person, super great value! You can add champagne ???? for additional cost. Very enjoyable Easter Sunday Brunch at Hyatt WindoSkybar in Paris!
