Beautiful room and balcony views at a prime location on the Champs Elysees. Hotel was indeed splendid with welcoming staff and top notch hospitality. This hotel will forever have a special place in my heart. Thank you Splendid Étoile!

The rooms are large with comfortable beds and balconies that overlook the street and offer a spectacular view of the nearby L'Arc de Triomphe. It's wonderfully quiet at night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is well worth the money. After breakfast, set off in any direction to explore Paris. We highly recommend this hotel.

前台态度太恶劣了，无视客人，冷漠对待办理入住的客人，且没有行李推车，所以如果有很多件行李的话千万不要住在这里，非常不方便。前台光头男态度最恶劣，恶劣对待客人的行李箱，把行李箱撞在墙上要么就是互相撞，真是从来没有遇到过这么差的酒店前台！！！！

فندق 4 نجوم موقعه قريب من قوس النصر ، كانت عندنا مشكلة ان التكييف كان خربان وحار ، تواصلنا معاهم لكن ماحلو المشكلة ويابو لنا مروحة ???? وقضينا طول فترة اقامتنا بالحر للاسف الشديد ، وقت الخروج طلبنا تاخير لان طيارتنا المساء ، رفضوا ????

良い点は凱旋門を眺められる、近いだけ。ただ、他にも観光地が眺められるホテルはあるし、観光地に近い立地ももっと他に選択肢がある。
古い建物に古い部屋と価格に見合わないアメニティや品質。価格は高め。サービスもホスピタリティの欠片も感じない。せめてカスタマーサービス改善には期待したくコメントします。

We recently stayed at this hotel for the Paris marathon. Abdu was very welcoming upon our arrival after a long overnight flight from the US-providing us with complimentary tea, coffee and croissants. The hotel could not be in a better location : there is an elevator for the Metro/RER station right outside on Avenue Carnot.||The breakfast is an excellent value with terrific views of the Arc de Triomphe from the sunroom. Above all the staff were very accommodating, enduring our attempts at speaking French , providing ice for my sore knees and Francoise and Abdu went above and beyond in locating us to a different room when we provided feedback. ||Chapeau ! A bientot !

Worth every euro. Excellent room, bed quality, amenities, and service. Truly a splendid stay as their name. The train station entrance js across the street. It was amazing to see Arc De Triomphe empty in the morning.

Very disappointed with the way we were treated by the hotel staff. We requested a late check-out, and at first, they accepted it. But later, they came knocking on our door and spoke to us in a very rude and unprofessional manner. They said if we didn’t leave immediately, we would be charged extra. It was very uncomfortable and disrespectful. If they were not okay with the late check-out, they should have said so from the beginning, not change their attitude last minute. Definitely not the service we expected

Our stay at Hotel Splendid Etoile was wonderful. The staff are professional and friendly. Our lack of the French language was never a problem. One word of warning, bring ear plugs to sleep. There is a discotheque that closes at 4:00 am. The party moves into the street just below the guest rooms. These partygoers are loud!! The hotel management is well aware, but what can they do? Even with the party people, I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Great place and great location. Nearby the activities and attractions and close to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

The room was not that big, also the bed as well, it can fit for two persons however you can’t move in the room. Moreover, it’s not quite place due to cars and noisy people at night.

I was going to give the service 5/5 but when I faced a situation with the luggage i didn’t like the way they treated me. There were two workers in the reception friendly and supportive but the one who had the situation with, let me has a bad feeling about staying again and suggesting the hotel to family or friends ????????

Go to the Hotel Splendid Etoile-Simple! No More to Say. The hotel was the most wonderful place to stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room superb, breakfast was adequate and served at a sensible time for people who spent nights enjoying the life in Paris.

Romantic views of the city and arc de triomphe! The breakfast was fresh and fully stocked! I will be happy to come back in the future! Ein wunderschönes Traumhotel.
Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel, mit zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir wurden mit einem Lächeln und viel Humor empfangen.
Sehr gute Lage(wenige Minuten bis zur Champs Ellysee)
Alle wünsche wurden erfüllt.
Wir haben 4 Tage im Hotel Splendid Étoile verbracht und es war ein absoluter Traum. Unser Zimmer (Superior mit Balkon).
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Stayed here in early March for 5 days. The Hotel and Staff were exceptional! Great location. Staff was extremely nice, helpful, and the hotel, including lobby and rooms, were very clean. Housekeeping was superb. They cleaned the rooms everyday and accommodated our coming and going. We had two rooms, which the Mgm't put next door to each other, with balconies with a view of the Arc. de Triomph.. My wife left her phone in an Uber and the staff called the driver, who spoke no english, and made all the arrangements to retrieve the phone. Will certainly return. Breakfast was included and was excellent.

Stayed at the Suite (Room 606).. cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

The Suite has the most spectacular view of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower! Very clean room and beautiful vibe.

All the staff members are outstanding! From the reception, to the house keeping, to the waiters. Always eager to help.

Special thanks to Ronaldo & Rhiz at the breakfast! These gentlemen provide 100% service to all customers, with a smile always!

Extrem schlechtes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war direkt an der Avenue Carnot, die sehr laut ist… und war leider relativ schlecht isoliert.

Das Service war ganz ok und das Zimmer sehr sauber.

Was weh getan hat, war wirklich das Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Ein kleines lautes Zimmer für circa 300€ fand ich übertrieben. Ist wahrscheinlich leider kein Einzelfall in Paris…
