Un manque de professionnalisme flagrant et beaucoup d’amateurisme.
Réveil à 4h30 pour nous prévenir que notre taxi était là……..Oupss nous n’avons pas commandé de taxi.
Réveil à 6h15 par l’alarme incendie à cause d’une erreur dans les cuisines……
On va dire que cela peut arriver.
7h30 pas de petit déjeuner possible sûrement à cause des péripéties nocturnes.
8h, notre départ. Nous avons quand même eu droit à des excuses (merci beaucoup)
En guise de geste commercial ils nous ont facturé les p’tit dej que nous n’avons pu prendre…….. ça c’est la classe dallas !!!!

Nous aurions passé l’éponge sur l’amateurisme (il faut bien commencer) mais pas sur la malhonnêteté.

The most horrible hotel, I paid money that was not worth it, I stayed there for two nights, nothing worked in the bathroom, the shower was broken, the sink was clogged, the drain, which brought a very bad smell, I had to stay with the door closed all the time, the water in the toilet flowed continuously, the second evening. I didn't even have hot water the to take a shower in the condition it was at least, and sheets had stained,I was promised to be changed the room and every staff that was there on reception made another promise, until the manager I found when I left on Monday morning, he was good for nothing, just to fool people, he asked for my email because he needs to talk to he boss first and after they will contact me to see how can treat my experience there , no one contacted me since then,! some liars only to make money as much as they can catch the customers, to bad and disgusting service from them ,!!!

Na přespání dostatečné, obzvlášť ideální pro odlety z letiště Beauvais, protože Aerobus staví 3 minuty odsud a recepce funguje nonstop. 15 minut pěšky od Vítězného oblouku. Pokoje jsou malé, ale vybavené, pohodlné a čisté.
