Sehr zentral gelegen, sollten wir wieder kommen würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen. Zimmer sehr sauber etwas klein aber wir wollten ja nicht tanzen.

Loved this hotel. Fantastic location. Room was small but comfortable with great aircon. Staff were lovely.

Sehr nahe am Triumphbogen und der Chams Elysee.
Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, aber sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Stayed at this hotel 22 April 2025 - 26 April 2025 in a Superior room. Caitlyia (misspelled!) check us in and told us our Rm. 311 was ready. She is an absolute JEWEL for this hotel! So friendly and helpful. We were fortunate that she checked was there Friday the 25th and helped us with taxi pricing info; she was correct! There was no task she could not help us with. Now, our room: Worst location in the hotel. Do not ever stay in this room. The room is diagonally up on the next floor from the hotel lobby and three nights the noise from people in the lobby at night until 11pm or midnight made it difficult to go to sleep. There is a small bar area and a piano! Our last night at the hotel, several young people (20's?) thought the hallway on our floor was their meeting place and one of their doors was left open for coming and going. One young guy was even sitting on a table in the hallway. This might have been stopped if we had called down to the lobby, but we dealt with it. Our Superior room was exactly as photographed on their website. It was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bath towels were large and thick. We knew as Americans to bring our own washcloths. Water pressure in the shower/tub combination was just fine. The provided blow dryer was one which you have to keep the power button held down or it would turn off. There was also construction of sorts going on while we were there so noise to deal with during the day. Looks like a remodel/renovation job going on which will enhance the hotel. There is Room Service available from 11:30pm to 12:00midnight. You have to scan the QR code to get the menu items. One thing I would recommend is better lighting. Just not enough if you are not reading from an electronic device. The room did have an electric kettle for heating water and the Nescafe Instant Coffee packets were actually good, according to my husband. There was a tv mounted on the wall, but no English speaking channels that I could find. There is a small restaurant downstairs for breakfast only; no elevator down to the Ground floor and the steps are winding and narrow and NO railing to hold on to. For a full breakfast, 15 Euros. My husband went down to check it out Friday the 25th and the lady on duty told him to "just sign, no charge" for a small croissant and 2 small pastries with dark chocolate in them." Another employee, Nadim was on duty the night we checked in and we asked him how to turn on the heat because we were freezing and there only seemed to be an A/C control on the wall. Turns out the heat was steam vented and the control was near the floor, hidden behind the ceiling to floor length curtains! Who knew??? He was another of the wonderful hotel employees and he also checked us out on the 26th. (Oh, by the way, WiFi at the hotel was okay. It times out frequently and required signing on again.) Caitlyia and Nadim are the best two employees and really a credit to Hotel Princess Caroline! (Oh, the Arc de Triomphe is only a 4 or 5 minute walk from the hotel and it is so beautiful! The Cafe L'Etoile 1903 is just steps away from the hotel and we enjoyed a wonderful meal there with excellent service.) The area is safe for walking and we felt very comfortable there.

I had a wonderful stay.
The location is perfect, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore Paris. The staff were very kind and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a strategic location. The next time i’ll come to paris, i’ll surely return to the princesse caroline.

호텔 서비스는 너무 좋았습니다.청결도 좋았고 뷰도 나름 좋았습니다리셉션분도 친절하셨고 청소해주시는분도 친절하셨습니다.다만 방음이 살짝 부족한거같아 아쉬웠습니다

Chambre propre. Lit moyennement confortable (oreillers pas à mon confort) et salle de bain très petite.

Petit déjeuner bien complet.
Seul petit bémol, la salle de bain est très petite et l'eau avait une très forte odeur de javel.
Mais en soit je recommande cette hôtel

凱旋門の近くで立地は◎ 部屋は可もなく不可もなく。隣の部屋がうるさかった…。

Just back from a weekend trip. We had a great stay, all the staff where very nice and helpful. The room was absolutely spotless. We literally were only in at bed time and to change but couldn't fault it. Literally 3 seconds from arc de triomphe, and the metro. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back

L'emplacement est pratique mais encore un hôtel au dessus du métro qui vibre toutes les 3 minutes, sans compter la chambre au dessus du hall d'entrée avec des livraisons à 3h du matin !

Excellent location, staff very helpful and pleasant. Room excellent only thing I would have liked was a mirror in bedroom area by table. Breakfast was excellent and plenty choice and fresh. Lots of restaurants near by to try a coffee or meal out.

Très bon hôtel proche de divers lieux stratégiques de Paris... Chambres propres et petit déjeuner correct... La réceptionniste très agréable, nous reviendrons à l'occasion ????

We stayed for 2 nights just a few days before Christmas. The metro and the bus stations are just 2 minutes away. Arc-de-Triomph is just less than 5 Minutes walking. McD and Burger King are just around the corner for some late night snack. The hotel feels rather safe, you’ll need to ring the bell if you arrive in the late evening.

We requested a nice view, which is located in the highest floor, the 7th floor. You can see Montmarte from that room. However, the elevator only reaches the 6th floor. We had to use the stairs to reach our room.

The receptionists were friendly. We would gladly stay there again.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, é possível visitar muitas atrações fazendo o trajeto a pé. O Arco do Triunfo fica a uma distância de 500 metros, 8 minutos de caminhada. O Metrô fica a 150 metros, 2 minutos de caminhada. Champs Elysee fica pertinho também, a caminhada é maravilhosa, sem precisar pegar metrô ou Uber. O preço do hotel compensa muito por conta da localização. Banheiro pequeno, porém funcional. O quarto não tem lugar para abrir a mala, mas tem um pequeno guarda roupas que ajuda bastante. A maioria dos hotéis de Paris são pequenos, então não é uma particularidade deste hotel. Funcionários solicitos, apesar não falarem português, se esforçaram bastante para nos atender da melhor maneira possível. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel. Um ponto importante é que as roupas de cama São de alta qualidade e as toalhas então, nunca vi em outro hotel de tamanha qualidade. Café da manhã perfeito. Só elogios para este hotel.

Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel à 100 mètres de l'arc de triomphe et du métro. Notre chambre propre était spacieuse et salle de bain récente ( nous avons été surclassé). Je recommande cet hôtel.

Great location with an impressive of service and room quality at this price

Hotel muy bien ubicado para ir de turismo en París, tiene bastante variedad de restaurantes café y tiendas cerca, la zona es tranquila, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tienen todo lo necesario, es limpio, el servicio de atención es bastante amable!

Terrible costumer service. If you need some rudeness, this is your place.

Extraordinario, la mejor elección que se puede hacer por precio, ubicación y calidad. Un 10 absoluto.
