Durante nossa estadia no hotel Le Katorze, tivemos uma experiência extremamente desagradável, começando pelo funcionário que realizou nosso check-in. Desde o início, ele demonstrou falta de cordialidade e não forneceu as informações mínimas sobre as instalações e os serviços do hotel, o que nos deixou bastante desconfortáveis.||O problema se agravou quando minha esposa sofreu uma queda ao acessar o box do banheiro. O piso era extremamente escorregadio e não havia nenhum tipo de proteção, como um tapete antiderrapante, algo essencial para garantir a segurança dos hóspedes.||Para piorar, o hotel não possuía um kit de primeiros socorros ou sequer gelo, o que é inaceitável em situações como essa. A ausência de medidas de segurança adequadas e a incapacidade de lidar com emergências demonstra uma grave negligência com o bem-estar dos clientes. Essa situação nos causou grande frustração e preocupação, deixando uma impressão muito negativa sobre o hotel.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Paris for three nights, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The **location is brilliant**—tucked away off the main road, making it both **quiet and safe**, which I especially appreciated as a female traveler. The area felt secure, and it was just a **short walk to the metro**, making it an excellent base for exploring **Montmartre** and beyond.||The room was **immaculate** and although compact, it was well-designed and had everything I needed. The **bathroom was gorgeous**, and all the amenities were provided, including fresh **clean linen** and excellent **air conditioning**, which made my stay very comfortable.||The **reception staff**, both day and night, were incredibly **friendly and welcoming**—they made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. All in all, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely **stay here again** on my next visit to Paris! Highly recommended!

I tried to book the hotel through Booking.com, and it kept cancelled after a couple of days saying ny card is invalid. My card was correct accepted by other bookings, it is def something to do with the hotel. Avoid in case you dont want a surprise

En déplacement 2 jours par semaine à Paris, j ai vu sur mon site professionnel cet hôtel. 4 étoiles, Un prix attractif, un positionnement correct et de belles photos, |Je décide de réserver en ajoutant que je souhaite être côté cour, grand lit et loin de l’ascenseur.|La réalité est toute autre : chambre minuscule et salle de bain très sale ( poils et cheveux multiples sur le carrelage blanc et évier bouché). Aucune de mes demandes n’aient respectées.|En partant dîner, je le signale et l’on me dit que demain le nécessaire sera fait pour que la chambre soit propre.|Le lendemain la même saleté, rien a été fait. Je le signale de nouveau au Check out et on me dit « désolé « …..|Enfin pour vous finir de vous convaincre, le petit déjeuner est juste nul, que du surgelé et la climatisation ne marche pas.|Bref passer votre chemin, vraiment c est honteux et dire qu’ils ont 4 étoiles…

On May 15th, I made a reservation on Booking.com for a room at this hotel. Immediately after, I received a standard confirmation email stating that everything was OK and that the room was secured for my trip to Paris. I also paid the full amount in advance, and the money was taken from my credit card.|After 11 days, on May 24th, I received a notification from Booking.com stating, "Your booking was declined at Le Katorze Hôtel," without any explanation for why this happened.|I tried contacting Booking.com and officially mailed the hotel (with a bilingual English and French message explaining the entire situation and asking for a reason why my booking was canceled). I got no reply from the hotel whatsoever, not even an apology for the inconvenience of being left without accommodation just a couple of weeks before my trip. Booking.com was also not able to provide me with a reason; I talked to them via phone and email and got no straight answer. It seems like the hotel overbooked rooms above their capacity. But I still don't care and it's not my problem.|It's a good thing at least that my money was refunded a couple of days after, but still i got in a very unconfortable and frustrating situation to have to search for another hotel for my trip (as the available hotels got fewer meantime, also the prices went up).|I am totally disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the hotel staff and manager (whom I specifically requested to talk to via mail).|Such a shame!
