Très bonne surprise pour cet hôtel. Nous avons eu un peu peur en voyant l'état de l'ascenseur. Au final la chambre était très correcte ainsi que la salle de bain, quasi du tout neuf. Très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon rapport qualité prix. Nous sommes satisfaits de ce séjour.

Was a lot better than expected! Super close to multiple trains and the buses and surrounded by a bunch of great restaurants. I would definitely return here again. They also have a nice balcony!!

We had a great experience staying here this past week. If you are looking for a hotel in a safe area where you plan on using it mainly to sleep - this is your spot. If you’re more keen on a hotel that you’d like to spend more time in the room, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel as the rooms are smaller & it’s a budget hotel. However, for the price and location it’s a great deal. It doesn’t have many bells and whistles you’d get from a higher-end hotel, but that’s not what we were looking for. We just needed a nice, clean room in a central area and for that - I think this was great! I was a little shocked by the negative reviews going in, but honestly our expectations were beyond exceeded and we really enjoyed our time here. We plan on staying here again the next time we are in Paris.

Bonne expérience. Les chambres sont assez exiguës mais confortables, et le personnel est très accueillant. Bon rapport qualité prix (pour Paris…)

Worst customer service ever this is my case with them
Dear B Square Management Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention to an issue that I encountered with my reservation at your hotel. I made a booking for a room at your property for the dates 28th of May to 31st of May. Unfortunately, due to an error on my part, I cancelled the reservation by mistake.
I have informed your property with submitting death certificates of my grandfather in which your representative was very un empathetic about the case which was very shocking and disappointing to me. I would highly appreciate a bit of flexibility from your side specially with the offered solutions that are of zero losses to your hotel.
Literally (five minutes) after this error occured, I contacted your hotel to reconfirm the reservation. To my surprise, I was informed by the receptionist that the booking had been cancelled, and the property was refusing to refund my money or reconfirm the reservation. Despite my requests, the receptionist did not want to solve the issue and did not allow me to speak to any manager.
Therefore I would highly appreciate your assistance on such matter. I have offered your representative at the reception two options to resolve this issue by refunding the amount or to reconfirm the booking.
As it greatly saddens me to be dealing with this inconvenience during such hardship that my family and I are going through and I am sure such a reputable hotel as yourself can show some understanding to the situation and offer me any solution.

A fuir, vol dans les chambres, gestion calamiteuse
Nous avons été volé dans cet hotel et la gestion de cet événement est juste catastrophique.
A notre retour dans notre chambre nous nous sommes trouvé nez à nez avec un inconnu dans notre chambre. prétextant une erreur, il s'est enfuit avec notre iPad. Nous étions sous le choc.
Il a fallu 3 relances à la direction pour avoir un retour de leur part une semaine plus tard. 3 semaines plus tard nous n'avons toujours aucunes explication sur comment un individu a réussi à s'introduire dans notre chambre avec une clé et aucun contact avec l'assurance qui doit soit disant nous rembourser.
Cerise sur le gateau on entend tout dans les chambres. L'insonorisation est inexistante. Les photos sont belles mais la réalité ne l'est pas !

Réservation impossible avec une Wonderbox, l’hôtel demande d’abord de régler la somme et après avoir été remboursé par Wonderbox, ils vous remboursent, cette clause n’est pas notée dans le descriptif, ils ne respectent pas les règles

J'ai voulu prendre une chambre avec un coffret cadeau. La politique du gérant, c'est de payer d'abord donc impossible de se faire rembourser ensuite. Attention à l'arnaque.
