La pire expérience, j'étais dans la chambre num 1 et ça pue la merde.. lit cassé, lumière qui fonctionne pas et porte difficile à fermer

Decent hotel if im being honest it's not 4star as stated 3star would be fair and although the room was small it was clean and the chef in the morning made possibly the best omelette ive ever had (genuinely)

Convenient, quiet, kind staff and comfortable stay. My return flight was 10pm and the staff was very kind to hold my luggage and let me spend time at the lobby. It was very nice!

This Hotel is an ABSOLUTE DUMP. THE ONLY HOTEL WE HAVE EVER ARRIVED AND REFUSED TO STAY AT. Ignore all other reviews DO NOT STAY HERE. The room and service are ZERO STAR.

The hotel looks NOTHING like the photos on the hotel’s website. It’s a dump, and the rooms smell like a cleaning closet. Do not let them take your credit card until you’ve seen your room. Here are some photos of the “Junior Suite”

The below response is inaccurate, we were offered a single room and a 30% discount from our total bill. We were shown two rooms to choose from; both small and one that had a really bad odor. Neither were acceptable but they insisted on not refunding the charge that they took 20 minutes prior, even with empty rooms in the hotel. They were clearly more interested in keeping our money. We have never had this happen before and it was very sad be exposed to such a disingenuous business.

NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PLACE. There are plenty of perfectly acceptable alternatives within walking distance that are legitimate.

Hotel ok but very basic. No real lounge or bar area. Breakfast basic but only 15euros. Staff pleasant. Room not serviced on last day. Quite noisy.

Et prêt à rendre service……… avec le sourire en prime. |Juste un truc comique, l’ascenseur, j’ai l’impression d’avoir remonté le temp ????|Sinon, retour de nuit, besoin d’un outils, disponible à l’accueil donc soucis réglé en 4 minutes. |Encore merci.

Rue calme, proximité du métro et commerces. Personnel très accueillant et efficace ! Je recommande !!

We spent a very nice week at the Hotel Monceau Wagram. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak English well and respond quickly to emails/messages, not like other hotels we have tried to communicate with before. We informed the hotel that we would be arriving earlier than the room would be available and we just wanted to store our suitcases, but when we arrived they gave us more and made up our room before its normal availability (14:00) and we could have a rest in our room after a long journey. They clean and make up the room, replace the consumed soaps/shower gels and the used towels every day! Also you might find some welcome gifts in the room :-)||The breakfast is rich and good, the small restaurant is very nicely decorated and equipped for your comfort. In the lobby you can have some cakes and coffee free of charge, also in the room they provide free tea and coffee supplies. The city center and most of the POI-s/attractions are close even on foot, in case to reach the more distant destinations we have used RER and metro. (We highly recommend to install RATP application on your phone if you want to use the public transportation!)||Before we have booked in Hotel Monceau Wagram we have read a lot of feedback, especially the very good and the very poor ones. One of the most complained thing was the slowly return of the deposit (in our case it was 260EUR). We have received the deposit back on the same day we have leaved the Hotel, so nobody shall worry about it!||||The room is a bit noisy due to the older window rubber insulation, it would be helpful to replace it in order to reduce the noise coming from the street. The other noise source is a kind of "body sound" coming from the shower or children's foot tapping. But none of them were bad enough to complain about. Of course, the behavior of the guests can greatly affect the comfort of your stay, that is, the hotel can not completely eliminate.

Hotel con ottima posizione, stanza pulite e con spazzolino, ciabattine, shampoo, lametta e caramelle.
La colazione non vale i 15€ conviene andare altrove.

We stayed here for the Paris Marathon. Great location which made getting to the start line very easy. Hotel was very comfortable and the triple room was perfect size for 3 lads. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Très bien accueilli et un hôtel très propre et sérieux. L’emplacement de l’hôtel permet également de profiter de plusieurs services autour.

Dommage qu’il y ait eu une Panne de chaudière, obligé de se doucher à l’eau froide. Hôtel bien placé, beau quartier

L'accueil est très agréable, le client est le centre des attentions. Petit message nominatif sur le lit et un plateau de bienvenue.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bien garni et le personnel est très gentil

Horrible service by the receptionist at the front desk. Such a useless rude employee. Had such a bad experience. Rooms are very old and don’t look like the pictures on their website. Avoid this hotel at all cost. What a waste of money and time!

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral, hat einen kleinen vorraum wo die Rezeption und ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten sind, wir hatten für Pariser Verhältnisse ein größeres Zimmer, ca 12 qm, Frühstück wird Angeboten für 15 € pro Tag pro Person, das Hotel selbst hat keine Parkplätze aber in der Näheren Umgebung sind viele Parkhäuser, online Parkplatz Reservieren ist günstiger.

j'aime regarder la vue quand je suis dans un hôtel ici c'est un peu bouché mais on voit la rue de la chambre 503 j'ai remarqué un petit sac poubelle dans la gouttière qui sera à retirer sinon ça va boucher en cas de forte pluie et la tapisserie est a revoir sous le bureau à part le bruit de la ventilation sous les toit tout est bien ||je suis assez content de la prestation||je conseille cet hôtel

Très bel hôtel à 15 min à pieds des champs Élysée. Personnel accueillant et arrangeant, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Petits plaisirs assurés au petit déjeuner, des œufs brouillés faits minutes. Très abordable au niveau tarifs.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre agréable et petit déjeuner parfait.
L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, proche des Champs E lysées avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Everything is good, location, price, but do not take breakfast! It’s not worth it! For 15 euros per person there literally No food and no service!!!!!!!

Magnifique ???? emplacement et personnel très sympa. L’hôtel souffre cependant d’un sous-investissement criant et les chambres sont trop petites avec des lits de 140 cm dans un ****, c’est assez surprenant. On entend les portes claquer toute la nuit. Il pourrait être mieux côté si le nombre d’étoiles reflétait la réalité. L’infrastructure ne mérite pas plus de 2-3 étoiles. Le personnel est cependant charmant ????. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner.

Cannot recommend enough!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, room was sparkling clean and quiet at night, and the location was great! Would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Paris.
