I recently stayed at the Fertel Maillot Hotel. The rooms were quite good, clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast experience was not good. The breakfast room felt very cramped, almost like a small cabin, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable. Although the food was okay, the overall environment could definitely be improved. On the bright side, the hotel’s location was really convenient.

Hotelul are o locație excelentă, aproape de Arc de Triomphe, cu acces facil la metrou M1, RER C, tramvai T3, autobuze și supermarket. Personalul este amabil, camerele sunt curate, confortabile, moderne, cu lenjerie albă și curățenie zilnică. Micul dejun este variat și gustos, iar liftul este nou și încăpător. Raport calitate-preț foarte bun. Recomand!

Reception:
Our checkin man was pleasant and checked us in quickly.

Room / facilities:
Room number 34 is on floor 3 and is relatively clean, once you ignore the filthy stained carpet. Our rooms are quiet big and felt spacious, even with 2 single beds in the room.
We stayed 1 night.

The room has semi-self control air conditioning with a 2 double pained windows that opens to the Juliet balcony.
We had the A/c temperature set at 19, however the room never felt cold enough to match the required temperature.

The room has 2 single comfortable beds, but flat unsupportive uncomfortable pillows, safe, bar fridge, chair, desk and ottoman, bedside tables and hanging area. The towels are thin, but do the job.
The bathroom has a 1970 style “elephant” hairdryer and painted tiles to match the very dated bathroom. Only essential toiletries are provided in the bathroom. The toilet paper roll is situated away from the toilet, meaning you have to reach over to obtain paper.

There is zero tea and coffee facilities in the room, no bottled water on offer, absolutely nothing provided by the hotel, yet a premium price is charged for the rooms.
Not sure what makes the hotel a 3 star as there is nothing special about the room.

Laundry:
Self service coin laundry with 12 washers and 6 dryers cost from €6.50 per use wash and €1.50 per 10 min dry, is located 500 m away from the hotel and is open until 10 PM.

Parking:
As with many Paris Hotels, onsite parking is not available.

Wifi:
Complementary and good speed. A password is required.

Breakfast:
At checkin there was no mention of breakfast if we chose to have this.

Conclusion:
Great for a one nighter if your expectations are only to sleep

Letdowns:
No tea and coffee facilities
Poor layout of bathroom
Unsupportive Pillows

Location / Nearby:
Restaurants, cinemas, Gare Neuilly Port Malliot (tram, RER-E, Metro line 1)

Getting to hotel:
If arriving by car, best use GPS.
Tif by train/ Metro/ Tram, exit the station and walk toward the Cinema complex and McDonalds, and you will see the hotel sign.

Un hotel classique confortable mais un peu vieillot

Café da manhã muito limitado.

Un pequeño hotel de 34 habitaciones, qué ofrece un lugar súper bien ubicado, con habitaciones amplias, baño cómodo y amplio con varias amenidades, si bien los pasillos y el elevador no son muy grandes al igual que su área de comedor, lo compensa con la amabilidad del personal que nos atiende, la excelente ubicación al metro tren y líneas de autobús, el desayuno cabe mencionar va incluido en el precio por lo que no tienes que pagar extra. En pocas palabras la mejor elección que pudimos haber hecho al llegar a París fue reservar en este pequeño gran hotel. Se agradece muchísimo la facilidad para moverse a los diferentes puntos de interés de París desde este lugar.
Si volviera a París, sin pensarlo me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica, a due passi da una delle metro principali che attraversa tutta la città, e anche vicino alla fermata RER e tram.
L'hotel è circondato da locali dove poter mangiare, dal mcDonald al relais de l'entrecote,gettonatissimo.
Camminando sulla seconda via dietro l'hotel si arriva in 10 minuti all'arc de triomphe e a champs elysee.
La stanza a noi riservata era perfetta, non molto grande ma accogliente e soprattutto pulita. Cambio asciugamani effettuato ogni giorno, così come il rifacimento della stanza.
La colazione, effettuata in una sala adibita, è ricca di croissant, pain au chocolate, marmellate, burro, caffè ed espresso, spremute di arancia.
Abbiamo richiesto di poter portare in camera la colazione, e lo Staff è stato pronto a soddisfare la nostra richiesta, servendoci la colazione su un vassoio. Se dovessi tornare a Parigi, sceglierei nuovamente questo Hotel.

Prix en inadéquation avec la qualité des prestations, accueil sympathique, mais les draps sentait très fort la cigarette + une légère odeur inconfortable et je n'arrivai pas à trouver d'ou elle venait.

Lovely service, perfect location, good breakfast very polite staff ❤️ Rooms are very clean and smells fresh, housekeeper ladies are very polite. Everything was pleasant during our stay!!!

Very good location near metro, clean room and friendly staff. I was there for one night and it was best option.

Hôtel bon rapport qualité prix / chambre et salle de douche très propres .Situé au pied du palais des congrès !

Personnel très accueillant et réactif.
Le petit dej super, tout ce qu'il faut pour attaquer une longue journée.
Et pour notre prochain rdv à Paris on y retourne.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε πολύ καλή θέση, με καθαρό δωμάτιο που μοσχοβολουσε. Στα τριάντα μέτρα ήταν τα μέσα μεταφοράς, επίσης σούπερ μάρκετ και καλό φούρνο!!

Parfait pour notre virée parisienne en semaine.
Chambre propre, fonctionnelle et calme.
L'accueil est agréable.
L'étoile en moins a cause du problème d'eau chaude (mais ça peut arriver).
Ça ne nous empêchera pas de revenir.
Je recommande.

Tout est tellement incroyable et merveilleux, d'autant plus que l'hôtel est proche de la Porte du Paradis (Arc de Triomphe), je me suis senti en sécurité pendant mon séjour, et je ne pense pas que mon séjour à l'hôtel soit différent de celui des hôtels de la Champs-Elysées, à quelques pas, mais à un prix bon marché par rapport à l'emplacement et au service. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le café a un goût inoubliable. Mon ami et moi parlons toujours de notre court séjour dans ce merveilleux hôtel. C'est notre maison et nous y retournerons bientôt. J'aime Paris

À quelques pas seulement du palais de congrès ! Hôtel d'excellent rapport qualité prix. Calme et propre.

Well located hotel & with good pricing. Just steps away from the metro & bus station. All staffs are super friendly & helpful. Shoutout to the rreception during my arrival for giving me a free large mineral water (arriving at night after train ride from Nantes is tiring). There’s also sudden “electric disconnect” during one of the day but been repaired within minutes. Enjoyed my stay here.

Localização do hotel excelente! Chegamos por Orly e descemos na estação em frente ao hotel, fora isso, vários pontos turísticos acessíveis a pé ou pela estação de metrô e trem. Os funcionários da recepção são excelentes, o quarto é equipado com frigobar, um bom chuveiro e uma cama muito gostosa, além de ser espaçoso e silencioso. O único ponto a reclamar seria de uma funcionária do café da manhã, ela não fala inglês e não faz muita questão de ajudar. Falando em café, o do hotel é extremamente básico, mas pra mim não é um problema. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no Fertel Maillot.

Mais la dame qui sert les petits déjeuners est épouvantable ! Impolie, inefficace, incompétente, désagréable. Je n'irai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

Отель очень чистый, хоть и не новый. Милый персонал, комнату убирали каждый день, меняли полотенца, клали косметику. Завтрак небольшой, но наесться можно. Супер расположение (10 минут до Триумфальной арки, метро 1 минута, рестораны) ????

Foarte curat, personal amabil, dotari bune, mic dejun bogat, locatie ideala, langa statie de metrou si de tren si autogara de unde se pleaca/soseste la aeoportul Beauvis. Alimentara era chiar langa in palatul congresului multe braserii in zonã.

Charmant petit hôtel à l’ancienne. Cela faisait très longtemps que je n’avais pas eu une vraie clé pour ouvrir ma porte de chambre d’hôtel.
Décoration refaite très sympa sur la thématique des toits de Paris.
Lobby un peu petit pour attendre quelqu’un.
Petit déjeuner complet mais le prix est un peu cher malgré tout, 13€ c’est un plat du jour !
Possibilité d’avoir de l’eau chaude pour une tisane dans la chambre mais par contre on propose pas de sachet de thé ou de tisane.
Globalement correct, les chambres sont propres, mais j’étais très surpris d’avoir un lit de 120 cm contre un mur. Ne pas s’attendre à avoir un grand lit double au milieu de la chambre, en tout cas, ni pour moi, ni pour aucun de mes collègues.
