Charme surrané des vieux bâtiments et proche de l'Arc de Triomphe. Les étoiles s'arrêtent là. L'accueil proche de l'amateurisme, dans la chambre le minimum pour un 4 étoiles (juste un oreiller par personne par exemple et pas possibilité de régler le chauffage), pas d'aération dans les toilettes (ou en panne). Mais le summum fur quand même le petit déjeuner qui, avec un descriptif alléchant, m'avait fait choisir cet hôtel parmi tant d'autres. A notre arrivée dans la salle du petit déjeuner, pas de place (9h). On nous reçoit sans bonjour "asseyez-vous là, je vais débarrasser ", on dresse à l'arrache la table (on n'aura pas de serviettes) et on nous avertit qu'il faudra attendre 5min avant d'avoir du pain. Bref, on passe au buffet qui n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Pendant qu'on mangeait, le réceptionniste est venu prendre son poste et à noué sa cravate juste derrière nous. Mais le top fût quand même le moment où une dame du personnel a traversé la salle avec les poubelles...Alors 4 étoiles, on en parle ?

Lovely boutique hotel next to the arc de triomphe. It feels like a culturally immersive experience walking into the lobby and enjoying the beautiful architecture and wainscoting. The room I had was really pretty and the bathroom had a deep soaking tub. Excellent location near the Champs Elysees and metro as well as the RER. 20-30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The front desk staff were all wonderful and friendly, providing recommendations and detailed directions. They truly went above and beyond. Plenty of great bistros nearby. The hotel was very accommodating to our requests. I would love to stay here again on a future visit to Paris.

Amazing location, helpful stuff, great accommodations.|If you are going to Paris, I really recommended this Hotel.|The Room is not so big but there is a Very nice balcony and a really nice bath.| We didn't try breakfast.|I forgot the name of the person that gave us instructions, but he was super nice and helpful.

Charming hotel in great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean; I have stayed at luxury hotel in Paris but this was much cleaner and seems newly renovated. Good breakfast and nice bed. I will definitly come back!
