The location is perfect, it’s a few steps away from a metro station and also a few meters from the arc of triomphe. The staff is wonderful, they were super welcoming and helpful, they were an absolute dream. The rooms are not the biggest, but they fit the three of us perfectly, the bathroom is a good size and very comfortable. I would 100% stay here again.

개선문 옆에있어 교통조건이 편리한것 이외에는 장점이 없습니다.
시설은 낡고, 방은 좁고... 화장실 비데도 없고..
다시 안갈것입니다...ㅠㅜ

We have had the most enjoyable stay at the Hotel Belfast Paris. The Hotel staff went out of their way to accomodate us from when we arrived until we departed. Emails were answered within a couple of hours to all our queries. The Hotel is In a perfect location with a metro station right outside the door. The Arch de Triomphe is next to the hotel - The Eiffel Tower is in walking distance and the Champs- Élysées is a very short walk. We booked a Superior room and as a bonus at no extra cost were given a superior room with a Balcony. The room & bathroom were in excellent condition and serviced daily. The Hotel organised our pick up and drop off back to the Airport. As our departing flight was leaving in the evening we were given the hotel room until 6pm at no extra charge. We can highly recommend this Hotel and for value of money. We cannot fault the Hotel and give it a 5star rating.|Paul & Mandy - Sydney - Australia.

The only good thing was location , the hotel was totally SCARY!! You feel like thousands of ghosts around you! You feel like you have been in a horror movie talking about last century…

I would like to formally complain about several situations that happened during the night shift yesterday and today.
Yesterday afternoon when I first contacted the hotel by phone to check availability for the current bookings I was very clear that the guests staying were not responsible for any sort of payments, therefore I've asked for payments links and put my card on hold.
But since the first check in yesterday night of guest **** he was asked several times about payment of his reservation, which the first night was paid. Today as he was going back to his room night shift at reception, again, asked for his payment, which is already fully paid. Also asked for payment of the second booking of **** and *****.
When I called to understand the situation the same night shift reception not only was extremely rude to me and the guest he also said he couldn't check if it was payed and when I asked if this could be resolved in the morning, since he also couldn't understand what as the issue, he started to scream at me on the phone and hang up without notice. And still made the guests pay a deposit.
This type of behaviour is unacceptable from any kind of hotel, especially one that has such high reviews. Besides expecting apologies for my guests and myself, I expect the money they paid to be returned.
I'm very disappointed this was the experience they initiated their stay at the hotel and fully hope it won't happen again.
