Hotel situe dans un tres bon quartier, au calme et proche des transports en commun. Pleins de restaurants a proximite.||Accueil charmant, chambre confortable, bien tenue, et bien equipee.||Je pense y revenir lors d'un prochain sejour sur Paris.

I stayed twice in this hotel staying each time one week. I left some belongings after my first stay . They were stolen. Manager of hotel never took the time to answer my e mail or to compensate me even though I spent thousands of Euro in their hotel . Shame on them . Do not go to this place please. There are better options in the same neighbourhood. AVOID

I was going three times in this hotel each time for periods of one week. The second time, I left two bags with some new clothes ( Adidas ski jacket , adidas running equipment: vest, shoes … , book and all my medical file with prescriptions , slippers … ) for a total estimated value of 700 euros . When I came back instead of giving me these two bags, I was told that cleaning lady thought it was rubbish and that everything was thrown out to the garbage but they could Keep only a pair of shoe . This all experience is non sense and very unpleasant . There was no apologies from anyone in the hotel or any proposition to find a solution to compensate me ; so it is totally normal in this hotel . Very disappointing . Don ‘ t go to this place . For 150 euros per night you will find much better options in Paris . Also noise level is extremely high at night as walls are not sound proof. AVOID like plague.

Fantastic experience. The room was so clean, the staff was so great, and a great location. Highly recommend!!! Arif at the front desk is the best!
