Schöne Zimmer und top Lage.
They don't have a refrigerator in the room, the room is very small. Although that house keeper stolen pyjama of my child and when inform them they ignore and didn't give any importance.
The receptionist Iman is very taugh and rude and talks inappropriate way , overall she is discriminated.
Moreover they didn't welcomed children because the rooms not applicable for more than 2 adults and that wasn't mentioned in the booking.
Finally didn't recommend it by all means.
There were also only two power sockets in the room but only one was working, so some more maintenance would be better...
Much better options in the area we found out.
Not recommended.
Smiling and helping receptionists, quick check-in and check-out, clean room and a nice view from the balcony. The balcony is narrow but still fits 2 chairs so you can enjoy the view in a company
予約時に備考にバスタブ付の部屋を希望すると送ってましたが、当日バスタブなしの部屋でした。
変更の依頼をしましたが、満室のため無理と言われました。
部屋に入ると部屋の天井にもカビ、バスルームもカビだらけで排水も悪かったです。
バスルームのドアも閉まりませんでした。
エアコンは埃が落ちそうなぐらい溜まっていました。
部屋には冷蔵庫も無かったです。
ポットはなかったですが、必要であればフロントでお湯が貰えるので助かりました。
ただ、三つ星ホテルとは言えないぐらい汚かったです。
スタッフは皆様優しかったですが、予約時の備考がスルーされていた理由を聞いても回答はありませんでした。
