I don't know how this hotel got a 4 out of 5 rating. The rooms are extremely small, with sinks located inside the room and toilets so cramped that you might struggle to fit if you've eaten a bit more than usual. Old and grey. The service is disappointing — I requested an invoice at check-out, and although they promised to send it via email, I had to follow up with two more emails and a phone call before receiving an invoice. This one was also different than the requested. On the positive side, it’s very close to the Arc de Triomphe. Overall, you can find much better value for your money than this one.

Buena ubicacion. Habitaciones pequeñas y malisimas. Lavamanos y ducha distribuido en la habitación (no dentro de un baño). Sin aire acondicionado y se sienten vibraciones y sonidos del metro. Se pinta como hotel de 3 estrellas y con suerte es 1. No volvería, pesima experiencia.

J'en informe la personne à l'accueil après mon petit déjeuner, qui à peine surprise, ne m'a rien proposé en dédommagement et a simplement rétorqué "ah... Bon bah je vais appeler le technicien qui se charge de cela", commentaire qui laisse pressentir la banalité de cette présence... Malgré le risque de les ramener chez moi, aucun dédommagement ne m'a été proposé.
