Beautiful boutique hotel right by the Arc De Triomphe. We loved everything about this hotel. 1) The location is incredible, a few steps from Arc De Triomphe and the Metro station next to it. 2) The staff is wonderful, every single person that we encountered was super kind, helpful and nice. 3) We had 2 triple rooms for a large family. Both rooms were bigger than we expected, perfectly clean and the beds were comfy. ||Highly recommend this little gem of a hotel!

Posizione top, staff top, camera pulita e spaziosa!|Via tranquilla e con tantissimi caffè e ristoranti nelle vicinanze!|Metropolita a un passo!|Unica nota negativa l’ascensore piccolino!|Consigliato per viaggio di famiglia che di lavoro!

Petit Hôtel bien situé. Literie confortable et chambre propre c'est important.
Mais les 4* sont incompréhensibles.. On est proche du ibis budget en terme de confort dans les chambres ou les espaces communs. Les chambres sont petites avec la douche et le lavabo dans la chambre. Insonorisation sur rue une catastrophe heureusement elle est plutôt calme mais on entend la circulation du grand boulevard.
Petit dej avec peu de choix mais surtout des produits industriels ou surgelés cuits ... Des viennoiseries sèches, brioche du supermarché, pas de salade fruits... Complètement naze à part la machine a jus d'orange.

I would say it's a maximum 3 star hotel, not a 4 star hotel. The staff is kind, but not too service minded. I unfortunately got food poison during our stay and we asked of the alternative ta pay extra to check out late. Not possible so we had to book a whole night extra which unfortunately is very bad service in my mind. Because obviously the hotel wasn't fully booked.

Update: They refunded 90 € which was a nice gesture and the new amount for staying an extra couple of hours due to my food poisoning feels fair.
