Overall, it was good experience, specially dealing with Mr. Christopher the manager who cares a lot about customers and satisfaction. Most important was the location near Metro station and can access everywhere easily and fast.

Nice cozy place small rooms satisfying if you're tourist and out all the day, we were been late for half an hour at check in but Mr. Christopher the manager immediately offered us a cup of coffee, juice and sweets with complimentary breakfast next day which shows the care of the management and customer satisfaction. All the staff were friendly, supportive and helpful. It was really new experience in Paris and moreover the location was near from Metro station, supermarkets, restaurants and all requirements and needs just walk around and you can find everything.
Finally, the only annoying was the smell of the fast food down next door..all the day so you can't enjoy the good weather by opening the window whic is so sad.

Nice Location, Friendly Service, Reasonable price. If we will be looking for a Hotel in Paris, we will do Reservation here again.

L'hotel si trova molto vicino alla fermata di metro Porte st Ouen ma anche ad una fermata del tram che permette di raggiungere velocemente Gare du Nord. Soluzione perfetta per chi vuole muoversi velocemente con i mezzi. La zona é tranquilla anche di sera.
