Decent room, metro station very close by, private parking in a garage (expensive though),

The receptionist entered our room without knocking on the door or anything because the guest who was staying before us, lost his wallet. This was during the day 2pm btw. So if we weren't in the room, they would have just gone through our stuff. Totally unacceptable and I can't recommend this hotel to anyone!

I was very happy with the location, away from the touristy spots, able to have a beer in a sidewalk cafe among 'locals', pick up fresh fruit in markets and eat reasonably priced meals vs the tourist areas. A nice colorful neighborhood. One block to metro, 2-3 block walk easy to Montmartre.
