Excellent hotel in a great position, with excellent staff and wonderful rooms, they should work a little on the breakfast and they should definitely have a choice of pillows, namely they only have synthetic and orthopedic pillows, we will come back again...

We were very disappointed to find out that the 'courtyard view' was in fact a building site. The windows were blocked out with sheer blinds as there was no view. We were told that the noise wouldn't start until 10am but it started at 8:30am.

We were told by the receptionist that we could be moved to a better room (street view) the following day but that this would cost us some money. We were never offered this opportunity and don't see why we should have had to pay any way.

The room was very small. The tap was broken and had to be turned off carefully. The door to the fridge cupboard was not hung correctly.

Staff were pleasant. Great location near the metro and good restaurants.

Dirty towels were left outside our room during the evening and overnight into the morning.

We were very disappointed that what was supposed to be a 5 start hotel, felt more like a poor 4 star and we were very upset about the building work. If we had known this we would NOT have stayed at this hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance of so many wonderful experiences. The decor inside is gorgeous and the rooms we stayed in were quite spacious and comfortable. The beds were perfect for us both and the shower was quite refreshing. Best of all was the view from the room balconies - the Arc de Triomphe was an amazing site to behold out our windows.

This was my first time in Paris. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is professional and friendly. It’s a block away from the Arc deTriomphe, 5 minutes from great shopping and close to the Eiffel Tower. ||Tne staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very lovely. We were given an upgrade which resulted in having balconies. I burned my elbow on the towel heater which was my neglect, really. The room service was a tad confusing but the service was friendly and the food was good.

Du 30 avril au 4 mai on est arrivé pour le mariage de ma sœur à l'hôtel nous a bien accompagné même si on a reçu de nombreux personnes de l'extérieur .|L'hôtel nous a bien accueillir et nous a tout fourni pour le bien déroulement des moments des rassemblements

Great location - A block from Arc de Triumph. Easy for us to get to the sites, and shopping. Had many good restaurants nearby. The people at the desk were very polite and helpful.

I really enjoyed the service — the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive.||The rooms were clean, with a view of the Arc de Triomphe.||Everything was within walking distance — about a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute drive to the Eiffel Tower.||The restaurant had reasonable prices and served very tasty coffee.

Accueil chaleureux, service parfait et exceptionnel. Les réceptionnistes sont très agréables et aimables et rendent les clients très à l’aise. L’hotel est très bien situé, et magnifique on se sent très bien ici. Je recommande totalement!

Great location near to Metro, lots of eating places, entertainment, shopping and of course the Arc de Triomphe. Has an air of luxury and all of the staff were completely wonderful. I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat here. A little less than perfect based on the room decor which wasn’t to my personal taste, some broken lights, poor view and weird electrics. The Japanese loo was good though!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio ! Très confortable, propre et bien équipé. L’emplacement est parfait : en plein centre de Paris, proche de tous les sites touristiques, restos et commerces. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour réussi !

I really liked the hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut situiert und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Hotel-Bedienung war außerordentlich nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich würde dieses Hotel allen empfehlen, insbesondere Paaren.

Amazing staff very helpful! Hôtel location very close to lots of attractions, our suite had very nice views was very clean as well. Anytime I asked for help I got the answers from staff they even spoke to my uber driver and coordinated airport pickup , Will definitely come back here for our next trip.
