She has no clue about being in the hotel industry. She didn't hesitate to take care of the guest before me. When i came to ask questions to book a room, she was irritated and didn't want to answer questions. No bonjour, no merci, didn't even look at my face. I even spoke french to her. If you are going to be cranky and giving attitude being inhospitable, don't be in the hospitality industry. Sure, the hotel is about making money, but less guest means less money.
Now, if you're going to reply to me with another copy-paste comment or say that "This is Paris, we are like this," forget about it. Do not make me waste my time, AGAIN.
Now, for the travellers who are reading this, do I recommend this hotel? Take a guess.
