wir waren garnicht zufrieden. Zuerst in einem Zimmer was total ungepflegt war und mit starken Schimmel unter dem Fenster und unter dem Schreibtisch. Außerdem laute strassengeräusche. Danach haben wir nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt und wurden nur belächelt mit „gefällt euch das Zimmer nicht?“. Dann in ein anderes Zimmer mit maximal 7 qm gezogen, also wirklich mini. Selbstverständlich ist das kein besonders gutes Hotel, aber Sauberkeit und schimmelfrei ist wohl das mindeste was man erwarten kann.

Hotel comodo alla fermata della metro, con cui si può tranquillamente raggiungere il centro di Parigi.
Struttura vecchia, poco curata, camere piccole.
Colazione a buffet scarsa.
Ambienti poco curati, muri scrostati, sporchi.
Ascensore fuori servizio; in 4 giorni di soggiorno, abbiamo dovuto fare ben 5 piani di scale ogni volta. Nonostante fossi incinta e l’avessi fatto notare più volte, non mi è mai stato proposto di cambiare stanza, magari per scendere a qualche piano più basso (così da avere meno gradini), nonostante le camere fossero ovviamente libere.
Un ringraziamento al ragazzo che ci ha accolto al check in e salutato al check out per la gentilezza dimostrata.
Per il resto, assolutamente NON lo consiglio.

Oui ok on le sait les chambres sont petites, l'ascenseur et le couloir aussi....et alors ? C'est propre, le personnel est top, et c'est à 10 minutes du sacré cœur. Tout ca à un prix très raisonnable pour l'endroit. Je recommande

I will give it a 4 because the staff was amazing..all of them.
The rooms are nice but dont expect much with this price. I was out the whole day so pretty much I wanted to have hot water for shower, heat and sleep well. The bed was really good. Till next time au revoir!!

Je suis extrêmement déçue par le service de cet hôtel. Après avoir réservé pour un séjour à Paris, un événement tragique est survenu : le décès soudain du père de mon compagnon, ce qui nous a contraints à annuler notre voyage. J'ai contacté l'hôtel pour expliquer la situation et demander un remboursement ou, à tout le moins, un geste commercial pour la nuit à laquelle nous ne pouvions assister. Malheureusement, l'établissement a fait preuve d'un manque total de compréhension et d'empathie, refusant toute forme de remboursement ou de compensation.||Je comprends qu'il existe des politiques d'annulation, mais face à une telle situation, un minimum de flexibilité aurait été apprécié. Cela reflète un manque de considération pour les clients et leur bien-être, surtout dans des circonstances aussi exceptionnelles. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à quiconque recherche un service humain et compréhensif.
