Terrible experience. Not reliable. Avoid! We booked via a hotel booking platform where the hotel states they have a 24/07 reception cover. To our surprise, on the day our stay would start and when we could no longer cancel for free, they sent as a message informing the check-in is only until midnight. We called the hotel several times to inform we would arrive after that - no response. We called hotel booking platform which arranged with the hotel that we could arrived 30 minutes after midnight. We made it on the agreed time and could enter the hotel with a code they shared via message, however there was no one at the reception for the check-in. We called all the numbers they make available for checking several times and no response, the hotel booking platform called as well and also sent them email, no response. So we found ourselves in Paris at 1 am without a place to sleep. Thankfully we were there by car and the hotel booking platform reallocated us to an alternative hotel. But it was a super stressful experience.

N’importe quoi cet hôtel. Il est laid - absolument pas décoré à l’intérieur, il n’y a même pas de réception, donc accueil et service plus que zéro. La douche de ma chambre ne fermait même pas. Aucune isolation sonore. Bref, je recommande pas du touut !

"Go away" was what we were told coming to this hotel at around 10 in the morning. We had booked a room, but we never got into the building even. Checkin was at 14, we had an morning flight and arriving at the hotel, the door was locked. Calling them was no help at all, we just wanted to drop off one suitcase, but no we were told that it was not possible and that we should go away and come back after 14 o'clock. We canceld the booking and went to a real hotel with a reception.

Hotel bien situé et abordables.
La chambre était propre.
Les menuiseries étant affaiblies, nous avons eu peur de rester enfermé dans la salle de bain pour cause d'un verrou défectueux. La porte de chambre aurait besoin d'un petit rabotage.
