This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are spotlessly clean, a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is extremely convenient for Wagram metro station. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Great hotel with easy access to the Metro (Wagram station) located in a real neighborhood! We enjoyed staying at this clean,comfortable, and centrally located hotel! Large bathroom although the rooms as they all are in Europe is small. That said it was so comfortable, quiet at night, with a refrigerator. The front desk was so nice and accomodating (English speaking) Only caution is for anyone with mobility issues. We climbed the cool circular staircase and they do have a lift for luggage that I'm sure they would let anyone who needed it use. ||When I'm in Paris it is all about the delicious food. Patisserie Chocolateier is right out the window and excellent. Boulangerie Parc Monceau is about 3 blocks away. Go and sit in the morning and watch the Parisiens get their morning bagettes and the sandwiches, pastry, fresh orange juice will know your socks off. Breakfast at the hotel is very very good!

Great hotel thoroughly recommend it.Very clean and great style of Art Deco..good location near the Arc de Triomphe monument and an hour's walk from the Eiffel Tower..shops,restaurants all around and easily reach the Metro round the corner Breakfast was very good too . Definitely would return

The Best Western Hotel Mercedes was fabulous. We chose it largely because it had a room with a queen bed and a pullout couch for our kids; finding a room for four in Europe can sometimes be difficult! Our view was fantastic, we had a patisserie right across the street, several restaurants within walking distance, two little supermarkets on the block, and a subway stop a two-minute walk away with an RER station a quick five-minute walk away.

The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially Mohamed. My husband suffered a medical emergency and needed to be hospitalized while we were there and we needed to extend our stay because of that, which they graciously handled.

The hotel was a wonderful oasis to come back to after a day of sightseeing or visiting my husband in the hospital and we had plenty of room for our family of four.

When we find ourselves in Paris again, we know where we’ll return to!

Rooms are small but very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, employees were very helpful and efficient and could speak English. Was so helpful for non speaking French. Extra close up cosmetic mirror and great hairdryer were the best. Very satisfied with this hotel. Merci

War toll. Gern wieder.
Ein süßes, kleines Eckhotel. Von dem aus man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht.
Metro um die Ecke. Supermarkt nebenan. Auch Cafés und Restaurants alles fußläufig erreichbar. Betten top. 2. Decke zum schlafen auch kein Thema. Sonst französisches Bett zwischen 140-160 mit einer großen Decke. Zimmer sauber. Dusche etwas klein. Da beim buchen aufpassen bei großen Personen. Frühstück war toll und wurde auch gleich nachgelegt, sobald was alle war. Service top. Kleiner Aufzug für 3 Personen was bautechnisch nicht anders geht und Fenster zur Straße raus. (Laut). Klima funktionierte. Wir würde wieder buchen, hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke

J'ai découvert cette hôtel suite à une réservation que j'ai fait dans un autre hôtel et je me suis trompé de date. Ils n'ont pas été très arrangeant. Je me suis retrouvé en cherchant sur Internet sur cette hôtel est l'expérience a été remarquable. Un accueil au top. J'ai même eu le droit un surclassement. Les chambres sont grandes accueillante moderne et avec une bouilloire, une machine à café à disposition. J'ai trouvé mon nouveau lieu pour venir passer régulièrement des séjour à Paris.

Booked through easyjet and had a lovely stay at Hotel Mercedes. We stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast from 28 Feb to 3rd March. The decor in this hotel is amazing. Beds were super comfy and spacious. It's conveniently located on Avenue de Wagram approx 20 min walk to Arc de Triomphe. Supermarket Franprix situated directly next door to hotel.||Lift is tiny due to aesthetics pf the building and can only fit one person. We was on the 1st floor so didn't use it at all.||Breakfast was plentiful there was a range of sausages, eggs boiled and scrambled, cereal, fruit, ham and cheeses, bread, yoghurt and pastries. There are coffee making facilities in the room but we didn't use them. ||There is also an honesty bar in reception but no wine. ||Overall staff were very nice and welcoming. We would stay here again.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel, the room was clean and functional, shower really good, the staff were really helpful. Would recommend for a short stay while exploring Paris. The walk down to the Arc is a good 10 mins, watch the zebra crossings motorists dont always stop

I was looking around for hotels that made it relatively easy to see the Rothko exhibit at the Fondation Louis Vuitton last year. ||When we booked mainly due to proximity, it was a joy to realise my well trodden route thro’ Paris was so easy. I’ve long liked to walk from the Arc de Triumph, down the Champs Elysee, to the Louvre & Tuileries Gardens. The Eiffel Tower is sometimes included. ||We don’t usually go to the same place twice but the hotel was so comfortable, great beds & fabulous shower, that we did visit again for another exhibition at the same place (Pop Art). We will do so again later in the year because the Hockney exhibit looks amazing. ||Last but not least, we love the staff. I do have some French but had lost it all after a day of travelling, & everyone was very kind about that. ||We will never stay anywhere else in Paris now. ||And we shall look forward to seeing you again in August! ||Thank you. |Helen Taylor

Viaje sola en enero a paris y creo que de todo mi eurotrip hotel mercedes fue uno de los mejores hoteles en donde me hospede. Siempre me senti segura, comoda, las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Excelente hotel, si lo recomiendo absolutamente.

La suite avec le balcon est vraiment exceptionnelle, la propreté est impeccable, la literie très confortable et la vue unique.||Les points à améliorer maintenant: ||L’extérieur de l’hôtel est un peu vieillot ||Les murs sont assez fins et on entend trop l’ascenseur et les portes des chambres voisines

Attention, chambre avec punaises de lit au 2eme étage, prise en charge inexistante, l’hôtel échange simplement par mail, en proposant simplement le remboursement de la chambre sans prendre en compte les différents frais engendrés et les habits abîmés

Un hôtel incroyable ! Les chambres étaient très grandes. Très propre, quartier charmant. Je me suis sentie en sécurité en voyageant seule en tant que femme vivant dans ce quartier. Proche du centre de Paris, belle promenade même en hiver ! Proche du métro. Superbe salle à manger. Très bonne pression d'eau aussi haha. Il y a un supermarché à 1 minute à pied. Très bien dans l'ensemble.

Ma femme et moi avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 3 nuits lors d'une visite à Paris. L'hôtel est bien situé, avec des restaurants sympas à proximité. Nous pouvions nous rendre partout en bus ou en métro, qui se trouvaient à proximité.
La chambre était de bonne taille et le lit était très confortable. La salle de bain était parfaite pour nous et avait une belle douche. Nous ne sommes pas restés pour le petit-déjeuner car nous avons visité la boulangerie du Parc Monceau (à 4-5 minutes de l'hôtel) tous les jours pour des pâtisseries et du café qui étaient délicieux.
Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel et une très bonne expérience de Paris.

Ivan a été d'une grande aide et il était très agréable de discuter avec lui ! Le personnel du bureau d'assistance est souvent la clé d'un voyage réussi. Ils ont une connaissance approfondie des lieux.
