Le personnel est très aimable et serviable, ils font tout pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.
La chambre est très propre et chic avec une literie excellente.
Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Paris !

Se poi vi capita alla reception la 1/2 capa che fa finta di non capire quello che dite è capace di rovinarvi la giornata.
Ospitalità e cortesia pari a 0.
Mi hanno addebitato per un ritardo di 15 minuti per il check out di 50 € e alla mia richiesta di fattura non mi hanno rilasciato nulla dicendomi che era tutto a posto. Dopo un paio di giorni hanno prelevato direttamente dalla mia carta (che avevo lasciato per la cauzione di 150€ il primo giorno) i 50 €. Da quel momento ho chiesto la fattura/ricevuta senza mai ricevere risposte. Non solo dopo alcuni giorni ho subito un'altro addebito di 250 € senza motivazioni e autorizzazione. Costringendomi a bloccare la mia carta di credito.
Ho chiesto più volte di scrivere le motivazioni e le relative fatture /ricevute dei 2 prelievi ma nessuna risposta.
Solo dopo 2 mesi sono stato costretto a far scrivere una lettera dal mio legale e mi è stata inviata la ricevuta/fattura.
Questo è quello che mi è capitato e non è di certo un esempio di onestà e professionalita da parte del manager e della sua vice.
Sgradevole e disdicevole esperienza.
In molti anni di girovagare per il mondo non mi è mai capitato una cosa del genere.
Non per una questione di soldi ma per la totale mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dell'ospite e per il modo fraudolento che hanno utilizzato.
L’hôtel est super bien située. il y a le tram, le rer ainsi que le métro tout proche. Vous êtes près à pied de l’arc de triomphe.
Cependant, étant allergique à la poussière, je me suis retrouvée à étouffer dans la chambre car la moquette ainsi que les armoires étaient pleines de poussières. Le point positif c’est qu’il y a à 300m une pharmacie ouverte 24h/24 dans le palais des congrès, c’était pratique pour acheter à 1h du matin tout ce qu’il faut pour atténuer l’allergie.
Concernant l’eau chaude, durant le séjour de 3j j’ai pu avoir que 3/4min d’eau chaude (pas pratique pour se doucher ainsi que doucher les enfants) Donc il fallait laisser l’eau froide couler plusieurs minutes en espérant que l’eau chaude vienne (pas top pour l’écologie mais je n’avais pas d’autres solutions…
Le petit déjeuner n’est malheureusement pas copieux… il devait y avoir maximum 10 aliments et condiments à notre disposition, j’ai dû finalement renoncé le dernier jour au petit dejeuner pour me rendre dans une brasserie et avoir un bon déjeuner.
Enfin le dernier point négatif, les chambres ne sont malheureusement pas insonorisées… durant la nuit nous entendions un couple dans la chambre d’à coté à faire des câlins et plus… donc préparez des boul quies ainsi que pour vos enfants!
Pour clôturer, la seule étoile que j’ai mise c’est pour le personnel.
So disappointed by the service as well as the facility.
I booked two solo rooms with twin bed on Expedia. When I book two rooms with same price and same category, I expect I can get two rooms with similar condition. That did not happen this time.
One room was OK, but the other room was cramped with bathroom unlike the photos on Expedia with tiny piece of bed. I asked the night receptionist if there was a mistake. He said nothing wrong, nothing he can do but guide me to write an email to the manager. He would not even talk to the manager right away since three manager does not answer the phone on weekends.
I realized this hotel uses the different definition of “twin” bed. “Twin” bed means one piece of bed no matter how big it is. I can be big or it can be small, but all same twin bed. If that bed lies in a room for 1 person, it is “solo” room with “twin” bed. I got a room with smaller than single size bed.
I’ve been to many hotels so far, but I’ve never seen this definition and concept of categorization. Night receptionist said nothing wrong because the French tourism committee approved as “solo room with twin bed”.
I am regretting my poor choice of this hotel in Paris. Deceiving and poor quality of service.
